Stay 5 nights here, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, location is perfect which within walking distance to every major attraction, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a short stay in Copenhagen

Fantastic place to stay, like the fact that they have natural ventilation and also choice of turning on the a/c or not. Feels clean esp there's no carpet in the room.

The room is tidy and clean, and the staff is helpful.

Loved the area. Staff was less than helpful. Room rarely cleaned. Had to beg for clean towels daily. Rooms use very tiny and bathroom shower floor had mold around drain. Overall wouldn’t stay again despite amazing location.

Muy buena ubicación

Satte 3 på service eftersom det inte fanns någon, helt och hållet self service med in och utcheckning. Litet rum men fräscht och rent, mycket bekväm säng. Bre läge. Kommet gärna tillbaka för weekenduppehåll.

Es terrible que llegues al hotel y no se te informen los basicos, por ejemplo que no te hacen limpieza a diario; no deberian informarte esto a tu llegada? Ah y si pides almohada extra debes hacerlo a una hora exacta (9am) de lo contrario imposible que la obtengas. Pesima atención en recepción. Pesimo servicio!

Lite rörigt, svårt att lämna bagaget

Perfekt beliggenhed med kort gåafstand til Metro, Kongens Nytorv og Nyhavn. Meget enkelt og lille værelse med alt hvad man har brug for.

Enkelt och väldigt behagligt

Der var en utæt vandhane på badeværelset, så håndklæderne blev våde. Vi fik tilbud om at hente nye håndklæder i receptionen, men der var ingen rengøring under opholdet. I forhold til prisen var det overraskende.

My only negative comment was that there was noise coming from the hotel in the back of the Wakeup Hotel and thus had to wear ear plug to sleep.. nothing due to the hotel itself or that the hotel could do much about!

Sehr gute Lage

Helt super beliggenhet til det meste i København. Helt greie rom, som er supert når man ønsker rimelig overnatting med god plassering.

Never was so much money paid in return for so little. No free water, no mini fridge, tiny room.

Es gibt glutenfreie Produkte beim Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hat sich sehr bemüht.

Abbiamo trovato la struttura pessima. La stanza è improponibile per due persone. Appena arrivati la stanza era pronta per una persona perché tengono il set per l’eventuale seconda persona nel cassetto sotto il letto. Quando apri le valigie sei costretto a saltarle tutte le volte che devi passare, perché non resta altro spazio. Abbiamo trovato la tenda di fianco al letto sporca, una cosa vomitevole. Visto che è l’unico modo per avere privacy dall’esterno sei costretto a tenerla chiusa, e toccarla tutta la notte. Il letto è minuscolo (una piazza e mezzo). C’è soltanto un piumone e niente lenzuola, i cuscini sono minuscoli. Appena arrivati una delle tovaglie era sporca. In stanza non c’è un minifrigo, cosa che non avevo mai visto. Il primo giorno abbiamo optato per la colazione in struttura per poi pentircene. Abbiamo chiesto come riscaldare il latte senza lattosio e ci hanno risposto che non avevano modo di farlo. Incredibile non avere un microonde nemmeno in cucina. Ovviamente dal secondo giorno abbiamo optato per la colazione fuori. Il secondo giorno era già finito il sapone delle mani, questo mi fa pensare che non li controllano nemmeno prima che arrivino gli ospiti. Un giorno abbiamo trovato l’addetta alle pulizie sul letto con le scarpe per pulire la finestra (è effettivamente l’unico modo per raggiungerla, ma almeno togli le scarpe!), mi auguro solo che quelle lenzuola dovesse cambiarle! Per ultimo il deposito dei bagagli è a pagamento.Prezzo folle!Salvo solo la posizione
