I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott in Egypt, and I can confidently say it was a five-star experience from start to finish!
First and foremost, the **customer service** was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest, which is something I truly appreciated.
The **cleanliness** of the hotel was impressive. Every area, from the lobby to my room, was spotless and well-maintained.
I also felt very safe throughout my time at the hotel. The environment was secure, and the staff took every measure to ensure the safety of all guests. It allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my vacation without any worries.
The hotel's location is another highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions. It’s the perfect base for exploring the rich culture and history of Egypt while still enjoying the comforts of a high-end resort.

This hotel, in my personal opinion, is the best in Cairo. In the 20 years I’ve been coming to Egypt this hotel is by far my favorite. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! The food is fantastic, I recommend the pigeon. The rooms are well maintained and the entertainment for Oktoberfest this year had us dancing until well after midnight. I would also recommend you buy liquor at Drinkies across the street because at the hotel the imported liquor is a bit expensive, the local wine and beer is delicious and affordable. This hotel and the people that make it work will always be one of my favorite things about Egypt. And for goodness sake, be friendly! Egyptians are loving people and this hotel reflects the culture perfectly.

The entire staff goes above and beyond. Special shout out to Maria in the pink jacket! House keeping was great. Restaurants were nice. Pool attendants did a great job. This property was under some mild construction but you will easily forgive that for the rich palace history and amazing detail. Very happy with our stay.

A great property, but it’s dated. The facade is in the midst of a facelift as are the stores and hopefully the rooms will follow. The room was spotless, but dated. The garden and pool area were spectacular. There was a live band and then music playing in the evening which added to the ambience.
Most staff spoke fluent English, but others couldn’t understand basic questions.

Si quieres un lobby bonito, este es tu hotel, pero la habitaciones son viejas, todo su mobiliario antiguo, la alfombra desgastada y vieja que da la apariencia que estuviera sucia, hasta me daba asco arrodillarme porque algo se me cayó y tuve que buscar, la puerta de ingreso toda rallada de lo viejo, el baño los filos de la pared y techos rotos, el espejo terrible, la ducha es simple, hasta el hotel más económico tiene ducha española pero este hotel no , increíble! el agua de la regadera pasaba al lado de inodoro y se formaba un poso de agua. Toda la habitación filos de los mobiliarios sucios con polvo.
Para ser un hotel de la categoría de los Marriot deja mucho que desear, no lo volvería a tomar porque para el precio que se paga encuentras hoteles pequeños y mejores.

Ett mycket vackert hotell i själva huvudbyggnaden, poolområdet var fint och trädgården underbar. Många restauranger att välja på. Rummen var dock slitna och höll inte femstjärnig standard.
