吹風機故障，打了五通電話等了半個小時，我的頭髮都快乾了，找經理也愛理不理，客訴也沒用，服務很爛，不過客房很乾淨舒適，景觀佳

This hotel is an oldie but a goodie. Well positioned if you can cross roads. It represents good value if you are out all day sightseeing. Why pay more if you’re not there? Close to the beautiful old town or downtown Cairo that has many touches of Paris or French influences but naturally is a bit more dusty! Wij verbleven van 6 t/m 11 april in het Ramses Hilton Cairo en ons verblijf was fantastisch. De kamer was schoon, comfortabel en dagelijks goed verzorgd. Het eten en de drankjes waren uitstekend en al het personeel was vriendelijk en professioneel. We voelden ons overal welkom en veilig, mede dankzij het beveiligingsteam. Een hotel waar gastvrijheid, comfort en service samenkomen. Absoluut een aanrader!

Amazing view

We were on vacation. Rooms were clean Nice view of Nile. The staff especially Mona Fadal made sure our rooms were spotlessly clean. Which is important to me.

The staff were very prompt and eager to help. The view outside my balcony was very nice. I like the location being near the bus station and shops and restaurants.

Hotel balcony not as described and was not informed you would be looking into a building site, bath was in need of some repair. Staff were great as was breakfast. Transfer offered from airport was way over priced

Lovely executive room with private breakfast area and early evening food and drinks included. Staff were very good. Location was not ideal. Good river views but until the riverside walkway is open it is almost impossible to go out for a stroll anywhere

Alles da, was man für einen erholsamen Abend bei einem Städtetrip braucht. Tolle Rooftopbar und gemütlicher, ruhiger Pub. Immer zuvorkommendes Personal. Hat Spaß gemacht, war der zweite, aber sicher nicht der letzte Besuch.

Indian restaurant was amazing as was the room service. Rooms were extremely spacious and clean. WiFi worked well.

i face issue with worker from room service who open the door while i am in room, and also i face issue with worker who are getting my bags to be stored from couple of days

Excellent location Staff were the best So polite Free upgrade And let me check out late due to a late flight Breezes restaurant and bar was perfect Swimming pool was delightful, the staff there were very polite and funny Room was amazing Power shower to die for Casino was fun Indian restaurant worth a visit Hotel was immaculately kept Can’t fault anything about this hotel If your in Cairo I’d highly recommend this hotel I’ll definitely be back

Good , walking to main streets not straight forward

Everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been nice if there had been some chairs and a table or some sort of furniture on the balcony to sit there in the evening. Restaurant food was fine. It was nice to have the convenience of being able to eat in the hotel, as walkability in the immediate area is sketchy.

It was when opened. It was heated and sometimes it was a little too warm.

Sauberes und sehr grosses Zimmer, Verkehrslärm war allerdings trotz geschlossenen Fenster im 20. Stock hörbar, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Pool was very warm, clean and the view was great

El proceso de entrada es lento. Tienen todos los datos de la reserva y si no los tienen podrian solicitarlos con anterioridad por mail. Por norma general los huespedes cuando llegan a hacer el checkin o el check out no quieren estar 15 minutos en el mostrador rellenado papeles. Por otro lado nos indican que el checkin es a las 15.00 horas, jamas he visto un checkin tan tarde. Se puede hacer antes si pagas :(. Luego pudimos hacerlo a las 12.00, hora habitual, sin pagar. Las maletas tuvimos que solicitarlas a las 19.00 porque aun no las habian subido. El resto genial. Estancia, habitaciones, facilidades, muy bien.
