巴靈頓旅館

酒店非常舊，房間內傢俬不清潔，浴室內掛牆用具鬆脫，也無人處理。所遇到的員工，態度幾好，對住客的要求，都盡量滿足。如果沒有租車，勸喻大家千萬不要租這間酒店。因為由巴士站行去酒店，一段路都是非常黑暗的。

On arrival needed ID to take a photo of and asked for £5 parking charge per night (these should be highlighted on the booking, and parking included in the price) Room was average, shower had no curtain and took a while to drain, 1 not very big towel per person. Otherwise a pleasant stay for what we needed.

The hotel is horrible. The building is in terrible condition. The furnishings in the rooms are ancient. The television wouldn’t function even when the employee tried. The picture of the hotel is either AI or very old. The bathroom was moldy and smelly.

After check in a was shown to my room. Outside my room was a pile of dirty bedsheets. Inside my room there was litter down both sides of the bed. The bed sheets didn’t cover the mattress , and there were hairs on the bed. The place was extremely run down and didn’t feel safe. I went straight down and told them the issues and that I would check out and find somewhere else to stay. Hotel.com tried to get me a refund but the hotel refused. My only advice is to avoid and stay somewhere else.

Value for money stay. No problems. Would use again.

Room was dirty, bedding did not smell clean, shower was rusty and had black mould, cob webs in the corners of the room. Funky smell in the bedroom. Whole room needs re painting and revamping. Television had a European plug shoved into a uk plug. Small towels. Overall would not stay again, only stayed as it was late at night when I arrived and I was knackered but the smell of the bed did make me feel uneasy.

Yes, very clean. Simple and practical, good size TV, friendly welcome. I had an enormous bed!!

On arrival noticed carpets in reception and hallways were fraying Room was on initial arrival found to be clean but having needed to move a bedside table it was filthy Only 1 towel and half a toilet roll for a 2 night stay for 2 of us (replacement given on request Shower pressure could be better Greeted on arrival with a £5 charge for parking in cash which was not advertised Bed comfortable and bedding clean. Paper thin walls could hear next rooms TV clearly early hours of morning In summary convenient location and if you are happy with accommodation on a budget this fits the bill

- one star. Nothing right with this place. No smoking in the room or anywhere else and yet the room smelled of somebody smoked in there. Therefore, window was opened even though temperature outside was a minus. General condition of amenities, furniture etc are so dated and old. Can’t really add much as we only stayed fro few minutes and left

Very basic. My room was pretty dirty. Behind the bedside table looked like it had never been hoovered. The shelves in the wardrobe were dusty. When I put my makeup bag away in there it was covered in dust. That said the bedding was clean. I stayed for 3 nights as was working in the area. For that length I wouldn’t recommend. The walls are thin and the last night I could hear next door snoring all night. I gave it 3 stars because the hospitality of the gentleman who checked me in was lovely. He helped me with my bags. Shame really because if it was given a bit of TLC it would be a lovely place to stay.

Room was clean and warm. The walls seemed paper thin so the noise from neighbouring bedrooms was enough to interrupt our sleep. For the price I thought it was really good

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star , rooms need upgrading and a thorough clean . Bed was uncomfortable and needed better pillows . Unfortunately won't be staying again.

Room not very clean and need of repair and shower wasn’t working properly and very creaky noisy floorboards upstairs that kept us up

Do not book this hotel, in the back of an awful housing estate this place is run down and has health and safety issues - came up as 4 star on Expedia but is anything but… where do I start! Looked out the bathroom window bags of rubbish and loads of garden waste. The room was filthy dead insects in the bed, a filthy bathroom with no bathroom or even soap to wash yourself in the shower. No ventilation, a lamp that was ripped. The TV was decades old with a greasy remote, stained carpet, dirty sofa, filthy curtains, charges £5 pounds for their rubbish filled carpark - the reception guy okay but the hotel shouldn’t be open or on Expedia for people to book. I left after 1.5 hours and booked myself into another hotel. I will provide photos of this

The room was very cold and not clean. There was a leak in the bathroom making the floor wet. The room smelt of cooking and just was unacceptable. We couldn’t stay. We left and stayed elsewhere which was a huge waste of money but we just didn’t want to sleep in that horrible place.
