No electricity in morning & the staff handled my case was not friendly. The room was very hot & recorded the temp 32 degree inside, could not sleep even had fan. Never choose it & not recommended to friends.

La habitacion estaba inmejorable , la primera persona que recibio el check in fue bastante amable , despues fui a preguntar por el check out y la persona que estaba nisiquiera me abrio la puerta , de ahi en fuera todo excelente

Overall, It was a good stay with great and quick access to the underground. The price was fair for both rooms and the beds were comfortable and nice. The fridge was very useful and the daily housekeeping charges all the sheets and towels whilst we were out. Nice aesthetics and the walls were thick (only for Room 14 though) We stayed in Room 14 & 18 and Room 14 had a locked window that meant the room was incredibly hot during the night. Room 14 the fan in the bathroom wasn’t strong so the door had to be opened which only made the room hotter and the pressure was too low and the water turned off every 5 mins in both rooms. Room 18 the automatic lights wouldn’t turn on despite asking reception to come and fix it - this would have been fine if there were any windows in the bathrooms but there wasn’t so we had to shower and use the bathroom with our phone flashlights. The setting in the shower of Room 18 wasn’t labelled correctly for hot & cold. The temperature also keeps changing being bitter cold and boiling hot with no warning. On the last night, our key cards stopped working sometime between 10am and 9:30pm so if reception wasn’t open then you wouldn’t be able to get into your room as they need to reset. Checkout was at 11am but our key cards stop working from 8am the morning of so please note that if you leaving your room after reception closes because you may not be able to get back in.

Selve hotellet virker lidt slidt i opgangen og alle “fællesarealer”. Værelset er rigtig fint til prisen, og badeværelset var næsten nyt. Desværre var termostaten på håndklæde tørreren knækket af, så der var voldsomt varmt på badeværelset. Personalet på ankomst dagen var noget irriterer over at vi ankom, og da værelset kortet ikke virkede til hoveddøren til hotellet, blev han så frustreret at han bare satte en kile i døren, og sagde at den bare skulle stå åben hele natten. “Skulle nogen nu finde på at lukke døren kunne vi bare gå ind gennem kælderdøren, for den er alligevel aldrig låst” - en noget ubehagelig start på opholdet. Rengøringen gjorde det ganske fint og var venlige.

Hotel discreto , una classica casa londinese (fuori e dentro) trasformata in un hotel. Scala e camera con moquette, pulizia discreta , bagno da sistemare (scarico doccia e lavandino) , ma senza presenza di odori sgradevoli. Più che accettabile per una vacanza dove si passa la maggior parte della giornata fuori e si ritorna solo per dormire. La nostra era una camera quadrupla al 3 piano.

budget hotel with everything you need, clean, all amenities, nice decor. seems like they have done an upgrade. really liked the toilet too. wish you guys served breakfast

Camera piccola e sporca, finestra rotta che non si chiudeva, bagno piccolo con piatto doccia sporco, un solo asciugamani, cuscino macchiato, chiavi/schede magnetiche per apertura porte non perfettamente funzionanti, assenza WiFi. Unico lato positivo, la metro ben collegata.

Heating in room not working, went 2 doors up the road to sister hotel/reception to advise... 2 hours later someone came to bleed radiator, did not work, 2 hours later cheap fan heater turned up. Obviously was not going to leave it on when I was out for the evening. Came back to a freezing room. put fan heater on but very noisy and cut out after 2 hours. I left at 7am having had no sleep and seriously cold... No 24/7 phone line available.

Have to wait for somebody to check it in Under stairs is difficult to access

It's nice to feel welcome by a kind team. The room was really clean, modern. The fridge is a plus. I missed just a little bit an iron. But it's a detail. The location is super great. I recommend and will come again for sure.

We arrived very, very early, and were greeted by someone who was clearly asleep. They refused to let us in, said check-in wasn't until 2 pm, and literally kicked us out of the place by pushing the door on us. We returned at 2 pm, and the person at the counter was completely different and extremely friendly.
