倫敦西區希爾頓逸林酒店

服務人員訓練不足，需其他員工協助，安排地下室房間十分糟糕，深夜還聽得到有人在天花板上方來回走動，行李員與櫃台服務對以上客訴態度輕忽，認為是其他餐廳營業所造成，與他們飯店無關，真令人不可思議的回應。

地點不錯 但房間偏細 入兩三晚還好

The room and bathroom were poorly planned. Bathroom - not a single electrical outlet, small pedestal sink with no counter space…one small wall shelf on opposite wall but not enough room for necessities…had to use toilet seat as table, poor lighting, no wash cloths provided, light switch for bathroom was outside in the bedroom so if you get up during the night you’re disturbing other sleepers before you can get the light on and the door closed. Mirror in bedroom but no nearby outlets….very difficult trying to dry or style hair.

Staff here was excellent and very helpful.

La chambre avait des soucis de proprete , draps … taches … Et elle etait envahie de mites… a cote de cela il y avait des bouteilles qui etaient la pour etre payees et seulement offertes a certaine categorie… honteux

Outstanding breakfast buffet compared to any Hilton property in the U. S.

Hotel was nice and the staff were lovely. The hotel could do with an update as there were certain aspects in the room that could do with an upgrade - cracked tiles in the bathroom, curtains slightly frayed/ripped, tv didn’t work properly. The walls are very thin so can hear every noise from nearby rooms/corridors/outside on the street. The location of the hotel is great to jump on the tube to visit everywhere or for a nice stroll around. Reception staff were very helpful with queries/issues I had and rectified everything.

Otelin yeri mükemmel. Ancak 3+3 olmak üzere 6 gün kaldık. İlk odamız bir tık daha büyük ikincisi ise bayağı küçüktü. Otel artık eskimiş ve odaların büyük tadilata ihtiyacı var. Mart ayı ortasında gitmemize karşın şansımıza hava çok iyiydi. Pencerelerden inanilmaz soğuk giriyor. Havalar kötü olsa gerçekten hasta olmamız içten değildi. Çünkü havalandırma ne olursa olsun ısıtmıyor hatta ne yaparsanız yapın biraz sıcak üflüyor sonra soğuk üflemeye devam ediyorm merkezi sistem kaynaklı. Otele sadece yatmak için uğradığımız için çok sıkıntı yaşamadık. Ama bölgede çok daha uygun fiyata çok daha iyi otellerde kalabilirdik. Kesinlikle Hilton kalitesi değil. Açığı personelin her konuda yardıma açık olması kapatmaya çalışıyor.

Çalışanlar inanılmaz ilgili. Odalar temiz ancak tabi ki yenilenmesi gereken yerler var. Yeri çok cok iyi. Güvenlik iyi. Aile için çok uygun.

Original room on first floor was not good. (Felt like mildewy basement) We were moved to 5th floor and everything was perfect. Good location, nice breakfast, kind staff.

Nice room but bathroom smelt of smoke, hairdryer was missing and telephone did not work. All sorted by the team quickly.

The bathroom was in poor condition with a foul smell. We could not use the toilet as it overfilled when flushed.

Clean, high standard and fantastic staff!
