Wasted lots of time getting our room… service is mediocre and the amenities is subpar… there is no coffee maker (just instant hot chocolate and tea)… oh and there is no fridge in the room… so a Hilton room without a fridge or coffee maker…

The room and general hotel were great. Nice touch sending a text message which made contact with the front desk. Only slight downside was that the fridge leaked water onto the floor and no shower gel in bathroom. Both were fixed quickly.
