Clean and comfortable environment!

Lovely staff, gorgeous suite and beautiful spread for breakfast. Loved our stay and we would definitely use it again.

Spotlessly clean rooms with beautiful views, courteous and friendly staff, really good breakfast with plenty of vegetarian options. Had an excellent stay. Will definitely come back again.

Friendly staff at reception & in restaurant. Modern room & clean. Comfy bed. Easy secure parking. Will definitely consider staying again when next in the area, was impressed.

Clean room, quiet and good access to motorway

Clean and modern room. Couldn’t adjust the temperature as settings and timings were locked.

Room was clean and we were able to use the facilities before checking in.

Terrible chaos at breakfast!!! Room had no drinking water and empty tissues box in bathroom. Nothing in mini fridge.

방은 21도로 추웠고 온도 올려달라해서 23도 올렸으나 새벽에 다시 21도로 내려감 큰 러기지가 있었으나 배정된 방은 한참을 걸어 문과 계단을 두번 오르고 내리는 오른쪽 별채에 배정. 짐 끌고 들고 오기 힘드었음

Everything was perfect. Road blockages made my Uber go round and round, so please plan ahead for your journey back to hotel after Christmas party.

I had asked for a quite room, which was confirmed at check-in. But we were woken up so many times, as room faced the front and as we found out during the night they had a funcion on and people were leaving they were loud and this happened at various times which woke us both up.

Fantastic hotel, ideal for Sandown racecourse. Great room, staff very pleasant and helpful. Good range of food. Breakfast was great. Did not have time to try fitness amenities, but they looked impressive.

The property was amazing, just off the highway, but it felt like you were miles away from everything secluded in the woods!!

Didn’t have breakfast, room very clean, staff friendly. Service at the restaurant wasn’t quite there. My food came in 2 minutes but waited a while for my drink

Breakfast was a fabulous selection, warm and fresh, great pastries too. The shower was a little weak - that was the only downside, the staff were lovely, good cocktail selection in the bar and the room was clean.

The room was amazing, brilliant views over the gardens and we saw deer, squirrels, a fox and rabbits all with half an hour. (Room 501) The room was very spacious for our family and very clean. Our boys loved the balcony and yoga ball! I loved the extra room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially in the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and good quality. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
