Room was in an annex, smelled damp and musty, heat came on without turning it on and could not cool the room again. One mornings’ room service breakfast was 15 mins early and the next was an hour late. The bed was worn down and uncomfortable. The walls were paper thin, I heard everything from the hallway and the lodger above me.

This is primarily a business hotel, with lots of corporate meetings, activities etc. Rooms are comfortable etc. and for a quick stay it is perfect. But not really a family hotel.

All great. Only comment would be that I object to paying for car parking at a hotel in a rural area.

It has been 10 years since we stayed here before. We found the hotel welcoming with plenty of parking available. The hotel is well kept and in lovely surroundings. We stayed in a ground-floor patio room. It was supposed to be a "wellness room" but there were no additions to the room as advertised. Having said that, the room itself was lovely with a large bed and a large TV. The only downside was the low water pressure so it was a dissappointing shower. The best part was breakfast, which is worth every penny. There was a large selection of hot and cold food, and it was delicious. We will stay here again, but won't leave it another 10 years this time!

Excellent facility. Staff very helpful, brilliant gym, very tranquil, spotless, comfortable rooms and a healthy choice on the menu.

Decent hotel. Unfortunately sofa bed wasn’t made up when we arrived which was inconvenient having prebooked and arriving with two tired children. Friendly staff, decent hotel, good condition and nice breakfast

Hotel is lovely however the price for food was ridiculous versus quality. They also apply 12.5% service charge which is discretionary yet they do not tell you this. Check out was poor

Check in was quick, efficient and friendly. Room very spacious, clean and comfortable. Tea / coffee (but no biscuits or water), excellent hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Outside seating area by the bar was lovely, restaurant clean. All staff we came across were approachable and professional. Single only downside was that guests slamming doors during the night was very loud. Very much enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was booked for us to stay in overnight ready to go to Hampton Court Palace the next day. The room was ok, i didnt like the Taylors coffee but that could just be my personal taste, room and ensuite was clean. I couldn't easily get to the side of the bed because a table and chair were in the way. I moved this out the way but ir wasn’t easy because the chair was heavy and quite large. Staff were friendly although I'm still waiting to hear back about what I paid and a refund because the food options for dinner was not what I expected. It was on par with a cafe where you'd go for a fry up or pie but very expensive! We paid for half board with the intentions of having a nice meal and drinks without needing to leave the hotel. Unfortunately, the standard of the restaurant area and menu options meant we went elsewhere. If we'd known the restaurant was like this, we wouldn't have paid for half board, only breakfast. There was plenty of food options for breakfast. There were pastries, fruit, yoghurt, pancakes, cereal with olenty of condiments. I probably wouldnt book this hotel again and try somewhere else bit if you know what to expect for dinner, I think you’ll be ok. It just wasn't what we wanted. Hopefully Tom's manager from reception will get back to me soon about a refund for the dinner that was added to the booking.

Great hotel and experienced welcoming staff. Rooms very clean and with air conditioning. Good breakfast but expensive at £24. Location good with a car near A3 and M25. Local town of Cobham and Brooklands for supermarkets. Fridge in room but access to microwave would be useful.

Just off the A3, the Hilton Cobham is ideally located in a delightfully quiet spot for a restful overnight stop.

This hotel was clean, the breakfast was perfect. The service was great. Ample parking. My only negative feedback is it doesn't look anything like the pretty building shown in the photos.

Great hotel and all staff were very helpful and friendly. The only slight criticism I have is that the TV reception in our room was poor.

A very acceptable stay that might have scored higher but for the irritating charge for parking. Whilst close to the M25/A3 the hotel sits on its own grounds with a large car park, so what’s the charge about?? Nice helpful staff, restaurant and breakfast fine, just the parking irritant.
