Nice receptionist. Very easy checkin & out + storing luggage experience. Located within 5mins walk to the train station so very convenient. Can get a little noisy at the moment if you are still in your room after 9:00am as somethings are getting done right next to the site. Otherwise it’s fine. Bathroom ventilation is like nonexistent but air con. is strong so that helps a lot. This Ibis is like a student studio room. Good overall for a short stay.

Staff were helpful and OK with me checking out at 2am for a flight. Great location, a short walk to the railway station. Room was clean, bed was firm and pillows were OK. Bathroom was smaller than expected and it was quite cramped. But a great place to stay for one night.

What a pleasant experience, that I was not expecting from a budget hotel chain. I wanted a stop over and found the hotel to be excellent value, clean, comfortable and just what I needed for a very affordable price. The room was adequate for my needs, basic but still very well structured with coffee/tea amenities, small shower area and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good, with several options available, a good coffee choice. Can't complain for £70 mid week, well done Ibis and its pleasant employees.

The service was excellent, no issues with the staff. But the quality of the rooms are poor and uncomfortable. Plastic floor, a bathroom like something you would find at a swimming baths, hard pillows, cheap mattress, incredibly hot rooms with air conditioning that barely works and no way of fully opening the window. It just feels the cheapest of the cheap and I'm surprised it's considered a 3 star hotel. It feels more 2 star. I understand it's a budget hotel but I feel I could've got more for my money elsewhere.

The staff were lovely, efficient and polite. The geographical location is good (just a few mins from the station). Room was nice and clean and modern (double superior). Breakfast was mediocre. Plenty of choices, but some things that should have been warm were not, the toaster didn't really toast, and the sausages were of questionable quality. Some items were not available an hour before breakfast finished. The quality of sleep was terrible. I was woken at 5.30am both mornings by the sound of the industrial bins being emptied from the courtyard outside my window. This is not me being picky, but it sounded like they were being dropped from the 7th floor. Had I not been woken up by this I would not have known. Both days, I attempted to get more sleep after being woken up, but a huge amount of the surrounding area is a building site. It is none stop very loud noise from 8am. Its a dealbreaker for me, starting both of my days super tired with no chance of having a little snooze to catch up on sleep really affected the trip for me. Thanks to the staff for being great, but if sleep is important to you (and that's a huge reason why we book a hotel), then I would look elsewhere.

The room was clean apart from the shower tray. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The location was very convenient for Temple Meads railway station and family living nearby. It was very quiet. The walk into the city centre was not too hard and the nearby Sainsbury's Local was easy to find. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The food in the bar area was delicious, piping hot and good value. I would book to stay again in future.

Et helt ok hotell. Det eneste jeg kan bemerke er at det var veldig lytt fra badet i rommet ved siden av. Jeg kunne høre at vedkommende i rommet ved siden av dusjet, eller trakk ned i toalettet. Det hørtes ut som om vedkommende var på mitt bad.

Excellent location for Bristol Temple Meads train station. The footbridge right outside the hotel goes right to the station and you only need to cross a small road, so getting to the station with bags was easy. It’s quiet inside the hotel on the weekend since it’s in a business district and there aren’t any pubs or restaurants open late or on weekends nearby (that I could find), so after the offices empty it’s very quiet. Room was basic but super clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast buffet had many options, including vegan selections. Overall a good value for the price, and I’d stay here again especially if I needed to stay somewhere near the train station. Getting to more lively parts of town is easy on foot or by car.
