Terrible experience. Very unfriendly staff. Stayed for two nights my room was not cleaned. They could not even provide a small kettle for coffee in the room despite the cold. Not an ideal place to have a pleasant stay. I don’t recommend this place if you really want to have a pleasant stay.

Good location, friendly customer service and adequate facilities. Loads of shops nearby and close to station. Made our early morning flight from Heathrow so much easier as only 10-15 mins away.

Opinión de solo 1 noche, aspectos negativos: sanitario muy reducido y separado de la ducha, el lava manos está fuera del baño en la misma habitación. Aspectos positivos: Tiene parqueo gratis, hay máquina de café disponible 24 horas gratuita y está ubicado cerca de aeropuerto Heathrow. No usé el servicio de desayuno por lo que no opino sobre eso.
