Very good

On a hot day/night had hoped the air con would cool the room down. Got more cool air from a hand fan that the air con. Room 441 needs a new bulb in the light outside bathroom.

I booked this Leonardo after staying at the Leonardo in Belfast city centre in 2024. Belfast was phenomenally clean and updated, this one feels a bit tired and with that, a little less clean, but generally okay. The bed and bedroom were clean, it was just the carpets and bathroom.

Limited parking and not enough room in the dining room at breakfast.

Nice hotel , but its in in an industrial estate. Struggled to find a local shop within walking distance. Selection of drinks in hotel bar not great no coke just pepsi max . Room had an interconnected door to our neighbours, who were VERY LOUD ! Breakfast was good and the beds were beyond comfortable, the bathrooms were adequate, however dated. Parking diobolical ! No spaces at hotel and other parking options meant walking up a steep hill. So parked on baltic car park 30.00 !!

Lovely staff - very helpful. Outside areas are under development so very derelict with lots of waste ground. Nice tidy room but some communal areas needed a bit of attention (dirty windows). Great location in the riverside.

Comfortable

Stayed for 3 nights which we do every year for a celebration. We asked ahead for room 336 a superior triple but when we called on the morning of our planned stay we were told rooms cannot be reserved by number!? Luckily we arrived and we were give 236 on floor two. The views not as good as it’s not that high and you hear traffic going by. We also asked everyday for our room to be cleaned. We put a please clean my room sign on the door handle for staff to see. The room was never cleaned!? How is that possible in a big chain hotel? Staff were lovely too but nothing gets done sadly let down this year

Bed was too soft and lack of a top sheet when it's very warm isn't great. Breakfast choices were poor. No vegetarian sausages. No pastries left. Who has roast potatoes for breakfast?! Not sufficient parking spaces and no non slip mat in the bath. But, we did get a river view as requesed.

Parking horrendous, breakfast poor.

Reasonably good service. Had a nice fish and chips one evening. And a decent breakfast roll too. Decent location close to millennium bridge. Limited parking. Few minor things. Fan in bathroom wasn’t working. Pumps on shower gel and shampoo were broken.

Property was within walking distance to Newcastle City Centre, parking was easy and bed was comfortable. Only downside was that our toilet didnt flush properly which we reported when we left. Would stay here again. Breakfast was 7/10

Room was dirty and small for 2 adults and a baby when you need to have pram and cot in the room was unable to move about. Very dusty in the room hasnt been cleaned properly at all. Limescale on shower head, dirt behind tap, tiles dirty, hole in carpet and pillow case. I only notice the pile of dust behind the chair the night before going home and figured out why i had to take my allergy tablets.

Great location ✨️✨️ Just the rooms very warm air con has to be unlocked via reception would be better if was unlocked anyway then just randomly turns of as on a timer would be better if they let you have control. I rang day before regarding a fan they said they provided so left at home. No fan available on day 1 got 1 on day 2 and it was on its way out did not nothing. So had to buy 1 from argos which was frustrating as i did ring up, as was there for 4 nights you do need a fan rooms very warm and stuffy makes it very gard to sleep. Other than that a lovely hotel but was looking forward to a good sleep

Hotel nice good price and comfortable but shocking parking situation

Hotel in great location. Not a far walk away from the city . parking was located right outside the hotel which was great . Rooms were very basic and were needing a freshen up . Bathroom wasn’t very clean and the shower was blocked and made the bathroom soaking wet . Reception staff were lovely
