The hotel is in a good location just on the south side of the river Thames. It is close to Borough Market, the Shard and other attractions on the Southbank. It is a short walk to cross the river and is fairly close to a tube station. There are plenty of places nearby to eat. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming and our room was clean with the usual amenities provided. My only issue was the opaque wall between the bedroom and shower. Although this was probably to let more light into, I would prefer to shower in private!

訂了兩間房間，住宿兩晚。被安排的兩間房間的鄰房也在裝修，工具、水泥包堆在走廊，非常不衛生。最嚴重的是，星期六早上八時，隔璧房間在施工，鑽牆，吵醒正在睡覺的我們。向前台投訴，沒有任何表示。

The bedsheet, pillow cases and duvet covers are quite old. Dirt is even found on the bedsheet and pillow cases of the sofa bed. This is disappointing to me. My whole family were both awakened by the noisy garbage truck early in the morning. It was very annoying.

Ceci est un avis c le notre : Accueil pas super , hotel situee hors zone trops loin de tout il y bien mieux petit dej complet mais sans plus restaurant bof ....menu zeros il vaut mieux reserver juste la chambre est voir ce qu 'il y a dehors ou ont mange bien mieux.....

Værelset var specielt indrettet - med håndvask som centerpiece i stedet for inde i et badeværelse. Man vælger et toilet med en svingdør der ikke slutter tæt, en brusekabine for sig selv og så den her håndvask udenfor. Der mangler knager - også til overtøj. Våd jakke må man hænge ind i skabet - med nogle ret skarpe kanter på siden. Stedets restaurant var en særlig oplevelse - alt for høj musik og nogle særlige fortolkninger på retter. Har fx aldrig prøvet en cæsarsalat med hel ansjos i - ikke rørt ud i dressingen! Det smagte virkelig ikke godt og retten i øvrigt var ikke smagt til. Min partner fik nachos der smagte af pap!
