Room small, cleaning not well, cup not clean, rubbish not throw away!

訂了兩間房間，住宿兩晚。被安排的兩間房間的鄰房也在裝修，工具、水泥包堆在走廊，非常不衛生。最嚴重的是，星期六早上八時，隔璧房間在施工，鑽牆，吵醒正在睡覺的我們。向前台投訴，沒有任何表示。

The bedsheet, pillow cases and duvet covers are quite old. Dirt is even found on the bedsheet and pillow cases of the sofa bed. This is disappointing to me. My whole family were both awakened by the noisy garbage truck early in the morning. It was very annoying.

位置方便，行幾步就可以去Borough Market買野食；酒店員工友善。

Clean room, helpful staff, breakfast was excellent. Overall excellent experience.

Amamos tudo no hotel. A localização é ótima, quarto ótimo, café da manhã completo. Água disponível para encher garrafa. Um bar gostosinho pros días que não quiser comer fora.

Die zentrale Lage in der City of London mit wenigen Gehminuten zur Themse, zur Tate Modern, zum Borough Market, zu The Shard und zur Tower Bridge waren genial. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und für Londoner Verhältnisse ausgesprochen groß. Gestört hat mich die viel zu dunkle Beleuchtung im Bad, die ich so aus anderen Londoner Novotels nicht kenne. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Überzeugend waren auch Sauberkeit und das britische Frühstück.

Clean, close to the transportation, food. Pleasant stuff.

Staff were very helpful. Room was well equipped and air conditioned. Nice reception area and bar. Well situated.

Poor housekeeping. We came back to a dirty room during our stay at the end of the day. Old tissues were found in the floor and dirty garbage cans were not emptied . The used Ironing board and remote control were consistently found where we left them. Toilet paper rolls were not replenished. Staff was not receptive to the feedback upon bringing it to their attention. More hospitality training needed.

Perfect stay

Great things: amazing neighborhood and location, friendly and competent staff, nice bar/restaurant, pure water on tap in lobby to fill bottles (if that’s your thing), breakfast buffet is truly impressive. Surprising oddball things: no real bathmat, no rooms with two beds (sleeper sofa is okay), weird sheets all sewn together for sleeper sofa (could not figure these out but the next day housekeeping fixed them nicely), instant coffee packs in room (noooo…), and for some reason you can’t tip on your credit card charge in the bar/restaurant (& the front desk has no cash to make change (elsewhere in London it has been possible to tip on a cc). And I never did figure out how to operate the room lights (on or off with your hotel room card but no way to pick and choose from individual lights in room except for the reading lights). Overall very pleasant and I would go again.

Great location, within walking distance of many restaurants and interesting places. Good connections through the subway station to most tourist attractions.
