The Bridge is a lovely place to stay and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. It was nice to have windows that open properly - and onto the river which is pretty. Easy parking and a good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Hotel carino e accogliente, con un’atmosfera piacevole. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, e la colazione davvero ottima e varia. Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti: la camera era pulita al nostro arrivo, ma durante il soggiorno non è stato effettuato il servizio di pulizia giornaliera. The Staff were helpful and friendly. The bedroom was a lottle dissappinting the Tv was like a large pc screen too small to enjioy. The bar and resturaunt were beautiful andupgrde needed on the annex it is a beautiful hotel but the rooms are far from what you would expect. Potential to have an amazing property . what you would expect fromthe beeackfast was second to nonone

Sorry, but not good. Food was average as best and the first room (19) the mattress was completely broken and was advised by the hotel staff well they are old rooms. Second room (22) was much better until our neighbours who were obviously foreign started talking to their family via their phones a speaker phone until the early hours of the morning. The cleaning operatives then started their shift around 9am and be witnessed walking up and down the corridor above our room. This wasn’t a relaxing stay. Breakfast was good.

Checkin was quick, although no info about booking a table for dinner at night or what time breakfast was in the morning and if I could pay for that at the property. Room was clean, tidy and cosy. My bed was comfy. Definitely value for money.

Fruit bowls were usually empty on all five days I stayed. There was an odd smell from the food in general. Unsure why, perhaps cooking oil?

Staff very good. Had to wait for breakfast. Was asked. Do we want any breakfast after we had ordered breakfast 15 minus earlier. Was still waiting for same order.. Good night sleep. Could do with firmer bed as it ws bit soft. Room Could do with coat of paint. Good food

Room 8 avoid dirty carpet,light fitting coming away from the ceiling ,curtains off the rail, no sink plug and no loo roll a very unkept room would definitely not stay there again but no fault with the breakfast

Room was clean but very cold. Shower and tap both leaked. Shower temperature was uncontrollable and shower head was like a tap. Glad we weren't paying full price for this stay. Room only. Breakfast was extra.

The paint decoration in the rooms is rather dark, but the place is good. Bed pillows and duvet are great, good room and spacious shower. Breakfast was also really good. Very relaxing environment, would definitely stop again if in the area.
