這根本是一星級飯店的水準。剛進房便覺得房間昏暗有股霉味，但立刻跟櫃檯反應的結果是更換房間費用需額外付120歐。 再著，飯店的水有非常嚴重的消毒藥水味，需要自行扛礦泉水回來喝。每次洗完澡房間也會有非常重的消毒藥水味。wifi在房間是幾乎收不到訊號的，不建議仰賴網路的旅人入住。 事實上，我在之後改住其他，這在里昂根本不是常態，而是該飯店的問題！

I stay two nights in this hotel due to business. lived in the room number 28, next room number 30 seems is for employees. They are very loudly, no matter open or closed door. I feel very noisy.I have reminded them but did not see improvement. Another thing is hotel Internet is not good.But reception's service is good.

Chambre propre, literie de qualité, salle de bains complète, mais pas de chauffage. Il faut demander un chauffage d’appoint (rapidement installé). Ascenseur unique, mais cela n’a pas dérangé. On aurait apprécié une machine à café dans la chambre. Wifi médiocre en chambre. Prises en nombre limité. Style de la chambre et calme appréciés.

L’emplacement est magique et le personnel compétent et adorable. En revanche nous sommes tombés sur une chambre non rénovée dont la salle de bains est virement vieillotte et presque dangereuse d’après nous. Mais hormis cela très bon hôtel !

The room was clean and staff were helpful. Late check out (12pm) was good. Only thing is that you have to leave the key at the front reception and there is one elevator (I was level 5 so stairs weren’t really feasible with luggage). As long as you are not in a rush anywhere it’s fine.

Le lit est confortable mais la climatisation est bruyante et difficilement réglable (pas de lode auto). Vue sur un mur depuis la fenêtre (sombre et sans charme). Bruit de ronronnement des climatiseurs extérieurs

위치는 굉장히 좋은 편입니다. 중간중간 쉬었다 나가기 편했구여. 객실이 생각보다 많이 좁은 편이었어요. 직원들 약간 불친절하구여. 엘리베이터가 좀 당황스러웠어요. 수동여닫이문+자동미닫이문 으로 되어 있습니다. 객실키도 카드키가 아니라서 다소 불편했구여.

Our stay was great. I would have liked a fridge in the room. It is a beautiful, old hotel with a lot of character. I would have preferred hardwood in our room from a cleanliness point of view. The breakfast was good and the staff were great. We also had dinner in the restaurant, which was terrific.
