Good services since check in , and possible late checkout is great. Breakfast a bit rush during Xmas time , but all foods in high Quality...yummy too.

Very clean and good room service, during the covid-19, they sent paid breakfast to our room. The room is big and comfortable

洒店大多給商务客住，洗水盆，水龍制是破壞了，未有收理，就讓客戶入住，不可接受。

在网上搜索的时候，显示出套房可以住4大1小。但床只有一个king size的床。为了确定情况，预定前发了邮件给酒店。酒店回复说：“加一个沙发床，再加一个单人床给小孩。”其实同价格，也是可以预定同酒店的两个普通双人房。但因为是平安夜，想着几个女生可以一起聊天热闹一下。所以最终选择了套房，哪怕已经知道沙发床没有那么舒服。到了酒店check in的时候，前台很惊讶说不可能(impossible)有5个人的房间。我就说在网站上预定，还特意发过邮件的。后来另外一个前台来问了姓名查到订单，就说：“it's ok。既然网站可以订，我们就给你这个房间。”但我觉得很奇怪，就再问为什么另外一个同事很惊讶。他回答说：“因为处于安全原因，不可以住那么多人一个房间。”我听完就有点不高兴，既然是网站出错，发邮件的时候为什么不说，再到了check in 既然不安全，为什么还继续让我们那么多人住。也没有一句道歉，也没有说给我们多一个房间，确保安全一点。之前在别的希尔顿入住，因为给错了房型，马上就免费upgrade房间。早餐也是很普通（几款冷肉奶酪，热的就培根香肠炸薯饼炒蛋和豆子，还有一些酸奶和麦片，以及很少的水果），连cappuccino都要自己拿杯子去机器上拿。跟其他3星比都还差一些。

Nice location. Heater wasn’t working.

There was a Festival blocking all of the areas around the property. Management offered us tickets for the Festival but declined to give them to us to cross through the festival to get to the hall. Management was both officious and nasty. Bathroom lighting is terrible. Lighting behind making your face dark. Can’t shave or get jade up. No plug for coffee pot where it is housed. No plug for hair dryer in bathroom where there is a mirror. No mirror on desk where plug is. Poor design.

L'accueil est bien pour les enfants. Pour le reste cela n est pas du niveau d'un quatre étoile. Chambre spacieuse et literie correct mais salle de bain dans son jus joints abîmés, présence de tâches dans toute la cuvette des toilettes, mobilier abîmés par le temps, un peignoir et chaussons pour une personne seulement. Plateau de courtoisie avec des cafés et thés de mauvaises qualités, cafetière Nespresso cachée dans le placard... Restaurant très long avec des plats indisponibles et de mauvaises qualité pas au niveau pour cette tarification. Fonctionnement du parking non explique et farfelu, de nombreuses voitures coincées à la sortie.

Un grand merci à Mino pour son accueil et son efficacité. Le petit déjeuner n était pas à la hauteur d’un Hilton très peu de variété…

Das Hotelzimmer wsr einwandfrei, das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen und hätte ssuberer sein können. Im ersten Zimmer war der Duschschlauch kaputt, was wir an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten. Als wir von einem Bummel aufs Zimmer wollten ging die Karte nicvt. Wir erfuhren dass wir in ein anderes Zimmer sollen. Mussten dann im alten Zimmer unsere Sachen holen, wieder an die Rezeption um dann ins neue Zimmer ziegen zu können. Das war dann tatsächlich größer aber das Handling der Situation war nicht sehrvgeschickt. Im alten Zimmer aus dem wir ausgesperrt wurden lag eine Notiz dass wir uns an der Rezeption melden sollten, nur konnten wir die nicht lesen, weil unsere Zimmerkarten deaktiviert waren. Ein zu zahlendes Deposit von 50 € für die Minibar, doe leer war, war auch fragwürdig. Als wir nach 2 leeren Sektgläser frsgten, kam der Portoer mit 2 großen Wassergläser, weil er keine anderen Gläser finden konnt und das obwohl die Hotelbar (an der wir dann selbst Gläser holten) gegenüber der Rezeption war. Man war nicht unfreundlich aber auch nicht sehr bemüht. Schade.

Altes Messehotel aus den 70ern. Abgewohnt, aber soweit sauber. Das Zimmer war groß und funktionell. Die Lage an der Messe ist gut. Die Umgebung aber recht abgewrackt. Die Gegend hat ihre beste Zeit lange hinter sich. Deutsche werden von einigen Mitarbeitern nicht gern gesehen und entsprechend behandelt.

This Hilton has seen better days. Wear and tear here and there clearly visible. Restaurant dining without any ambiente. Bar should stay open till midnight. There was a day when it closed at 10pm.Breakfast options barely average. Very limited options for cold cuts and cheeses, hallmarks for French cuisine. No sliced bread other than toast. Staff was exceptionally helpful getting the personalized Crit'Air vignette which is mandatory for cars in Strasbourg and a few other cities in France and requires a complicated online application.

Bien, solo que las instalaciones si se ven un poco antiguas

The room was clean and otherwise ok, but the hotel overall is dated and in a big need of a renevation. Hallways etc. were in bad condition. Breakfast was nice and service good.

Ist in Ordnung

Veryvpleasant and convenient. Will come back!
