Hotel de Gramont

Hemos pasado una noche allí, lo único positivo era la ubicación. La limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, el toallero de color negro, se veía blanco de la cantidad de polvo que tenía, En la ducha moho… en el suelo restos de otros huéspedes… no ha sido un finde caluroso, y la bomba de calor no funcionaba. No creo que repita en este hotel, prefiero otro más económico y que esté limpio.

When we first went to our room we were greeted with no soap or shampoo. We let the desk person know and they said there should have been both. When we got back to our room we found very poor quality soap and watered down shampoo in a bottle. The room and property looked far older and less well-kept than the photos in the listings online. The biggest issue however, was that we were constantly finding ants all over our room. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well. The room was tired and there was dust on many items where the ants weren't. The room opened onto a terrace area where they were cutting down shrubs. This may have driven the ants to relocate into the room. If this is the case however, it is a question of how they made their way in. We paid for three nights, but checked out after one night after we found ants crawling on the bed. The people working the desk were very nice but the property should really be closed down or at least be completely gutted and reworked.

Top, accueil, la chambre, le petit dej 👌

Great location. Very clean, renovated room with spotless bathroom and a view of the fountain in the square. I didn’t try the breakfast but there appeared to be plenty of choice. I recommend nearby Les Pyramides cafe for its cafe crème and local feel.

Chambre rénovée, propre et spacieuse, avec vue sur un jardin. Parking devant l'hôtel très limité mais on peut se garer sur la place de Verdun 200 m plus haut.

Chambre spacieuse, propre. Ensemble un peu vieillot. Prestations entre un hôtel 3 et 4 étoiles. Petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet très bien.

Personnel au top. Première chambre proposée avait une fuite d'eau depuis la bouche d'aération, un échange pour une autre chambre m'a été directement proposé. Sinon la chambre est basique avec des équipements très classiques voir vieillissants. Propreté au rdv.

L’hôtel aurait besoin d’investissements pour conserver ses 4 étoiles à mon sens, surtout au niveau mobilier et literie. Le petit déjeuner est un peu light en variété de choix et en qualité de produits. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible.

Nous avons pris la chambre double supérieur qui était impeccable, le personnel a l'accueil très gentil, et le buffet du petit déjeuner étai aussi complet (manque éventuellement, histoire de trouver une critique, des oeufs brouillés) . L'emplacement est top, a porter direct du centre et du château. Manque éventuellement un parking mais il y a un parking public a 100m gratuit ma nuit et el dimanche

Very nice staff, clean room

Très bon accueil, chambre très propre et calme, hôtel idéalement situé au centre de Pau, avec restaurants très sympas autour. Quelques places de parking devant l'hôtel. Sinon, grand parking à 200m.

Location close to the city center

Proche de la gare et du centre. Décoration d'une autre époque. Acceptable pour une nuit. Personnel présent le soir mais complètement absent le matin au départ. Et même au PDJ, je n'ai vu personne ...
