We were lucky to get one of the free parking spaces in front of the hotel. The room was clean and a good size as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. However it felt damp. The hotel needs a major renovation to return it to 4 Star standard. Our complaint was the breakfast was not up to standard as the Croissants had not been refreshed and the rolls were hard.

The suite that I payed extra for was unacceptable. The smell of damp was so overpowering that we could not stay in it. It was also in the basement next to the cleaning and laundry. We were given a standard room but bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked It offered anything for inconvenience

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time. But they gave us a very large room, looking out over Place Gramont. It is in a good location and near to many restaurants. It is minutes on foot from Chateau de Pau. The hotel is very run down with different areas of worn out carpet. You can see that it used to be a much finer hotel. It needs a big renovation but good for them to keep going. They need to move the rating to 3 stars not 4.

Decepcionada , las imagenes de la app no corresponde con la suit que nos dieron , deberian de actualizar las fotos y la descripcion . La suit esta compuesta por baño, sala de estar, y dormitorio. En la sala de estar pusieron una mini cocina compuesta de un armario con cocina y 1 nevera el mueble parece que esta sin terminar propio de un camping pero no de un hotel de 4 estrellas . Puede ser muy util en estancias en el hotel pero desentonaba bastante.parecia un parche. Si tengo que decir algo positivo estaba muy centrico y limpio que es un buen punto .

Room had no frigobar, 35°C outside. Not really clean. No telephone in the room. Shower did not drain properly

Decepcionada , las imagenes de la app no corresponde con la suit que nos dieron , deberian de actualizar las fotos y la descripcion . La suit esta compuesta por baño, sala de estar, y dormitorio. En la sala de estar pusieron una mini cocina compuesta de un armario con cocina y 1 nevera el mueble parece que esta sin terminar propio de un camping pero no de un hotel de 4 estrellas . Puede ser muy util en estancias en el hotel pero desentonaba bastante.parecia un parche. Si tengo que decir algo positivo estaba muy centrico y limpio que es un buen punto .
