La ubicación, la atención del personal, que te ofrecen el servicio de café o té recién hecho a toda hora es un plus, y en ocasiones crosaints o chocolatines son costo extra, se agradece.
Lo que si creo conveniente es que en las habitaciones diseñaran algo más para poder colocar ropa y maletas, así como instalar mas de un enchufe en la habitación para facilitar cargar los celulares y pilas.

Terrific place to stay. Every staff member I spoke with were professional, friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable and had everything required to support my stay. Great location. Can easily walk to the Eiffel Tower and a number of other popular locations. Close to transport, shopping and a variety of restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Room ready and clean for when I arrived.
Issue with the window not closing, the lift being off for 30 mins (I was on the 07th floor) but staff was apologetic & did a gesture to apologise.
Place is so well located and is near everything. It was my 2nd stay there and I will be back again!

It was stiflingly hot, and there was no air conditioning. The lady who assisted us admitted that she already knew the fan wasn't working and that it hadn't been repaired; yet, she didn't move us to a different room, offered no assistance, showed no concern, and provided no solution. We couldn't sleep due to the heat and the noise, as we were forced to keep the windows open. It was a terrible night.

O hotel foi excelente e até deu todas as nossas necessidades! Quarto limpo, cama boa, localização muito boa perto de duas linhas de metro, e além disse dá para ir a pé até a torre. O único ponto é sobre o elevador, que é extremamente pequeno e para subir com as malas tem que revezar em duas viagens. No demais tudo ótimo, recomendo !!

The location was fantastic since it was so centrally located to many attractions. I mostly walked and used the metro a couple of times.
The room was functional but could be bigger. The shower and toilet need to be walled off from the rest of the room. I don’t think two people could sleep in the room since it’s not enclosed and wouldn’t be pleasant.
I like that they offered coffee and tea, but it would be nice if they had a coffee maker and kettle in the rooms. Also, I looked at the breakfast and I’m glad that I didn’t pay 14 euros for it. There are so many better options.
Overall, it was the location and functionality of the room that supported my rating. Since I traveled solo this time, it met my needs. If I brought my family, we would have selected another hotel.

We stayed in the double room on the 6th floor, which had a very lovely view! The room was quite small, but this is to be expected in Paris. There were always staff 24/7 at the reception desk which we liked, and there was a tiny elevator which was useful for our luggage. It was about a 15-20min walk to the Eiffel Tower, which was great! Location was nice as well, no loud street noise. The bed was comfortable. Our only complaint was that the shower may not have been very clean - there were some dark areas on the floor that we were concerned were mold. The door to the shower also did not close properly, so it was always partially open. However, we overall had a nice stay at this hotel, and I would consider staying here again.
