We prepaid for the hotel with Expedia, but yet when we left the property, we were charged for the room. I have put our Expedia charge in dispute with the credit card company.

Struttura abbastanza centrale, a ca. 8 minuti da Place Kleber e ca. 15 dalla cattedrale/centro storico, appena più distante da Petite France. Vicina al tram essendo a pochissimi metri dalla fermata Homme de Fer e a ca.15 minuti dalla stazione. Personale efficiente e sempre presente alla reception. La pulizia della camera potrebbe essere migliorata (piccoli accorgimenti, niente di drammatico) ma nel complesso è buona. Camera spaziosa, silenziosa, letto king size comodissimo, 2 cuscini a testa, smart TV, bollitore con scelta di tè, tisane e caffè solubile, bagno spazioso, aria condizionata, acqua sempre a disposizione in bottiglia di vetro nel frigo (già presente all'arrivo) che si può riempire gratuitamente in un distributore adiacente alla hall. Fornendosi di borracce termiche, io le porto sempre in viaggio, è comodissimo riempirle con acqua refrigerata ogni volta che se ne ha necessità. Non dover comprare l'acqua in Francia in cui è molto cara è comunque un bel plus. Non abbiamo consumato la colazione perché ci piaceva l'idea di farla nelle boulangeries. Un hotel da tenere assolutamente in considerazione per posizione e ottima proporzione qualità/prezzo. 340 € 3 notti per una matrimoniale. Consigliatissimo.

Bland hotel in good location close to tram stops and an easy walk to cathedral and Petite France. Room was a decent size, staff were pleasant.

Great! Big comfortable room. Great service at the front desk with complementary mulled wine and hot fruity punch… that smells delicious! (I stayed in December) Great location. Clean.

Dirty stained carpet in rooms. Had to get new key cards every day because never worked. Housekeeping & staff very nice.

Localização incrível, perto de tudo, embora um pouco escondido 😂😂 bem isso. Mas tudo muito bom, atendimento maravilhoso, quarto grande e confortável, com excessão do ar condicionado que desligam por estar na primavera. Mas como estava frio na rua, abrimos a janela e tudo certo.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man nahm sich Zeit für ein kurzes Gespräch und wir haben uns als Gäste sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Flur zu den Zimmern wirkte dunkel und nicht sehr freundlich. Im Badezimmer des einen Zimmers lief das Wasser des Waschbeckens nicht ab. Der Hebel dafür war ohne Funktion. Der Duschkopf im Bad des anderen Zimmers drehte sich ständig zur Seite und der Schlauch war undicht. Normalerweise sollte so etwas bei der Reinigung auffallen. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das große Bett war sehr bequem. Die Zimmergröße war gut. Positiv fanden wir, dass das Zimmer über einen kleinen Kühlschrank verfügte. Leider hatte der TV keine deutschen Sender. Das Frühstück im Restaurant im 7. Stock hat uns gut gefallen. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf dem Balkon sitzen. Die Auswahl war gut, bei süßen Backwaren war sie sehr gut. Bei der Buchung wurde eine höhere Etage angefragt. Dieser Wunsch wurde berücksichtigt. Das Hotel hat eine praktische Lage und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäfte waren fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt.
