Le personnel de cet établissement est vraiment au top👍et d'une gentillesse irréprochable. Pour moi et ma compagne séjour de 14 jours. Seul bémol : la douche de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas ( pas très hygiénique) surtout par des grosses chaleurs. Sinon petits déjeuners excellents, il ne manquait de rien ( Paulette, votre jus de pomme, citron, carotte 👌😉)

Perfekt för övernattning under bilresan! Ligger precis vid avfarten från motorvägen men kändes inte så när man väl var inne på hotellet. Vi bilade från Sverige till Spanien och bokade två rum för paus och övernattning längs vägen. Bokade bara två timmar innan ankomst och checkade in 23.00. Togs emot av trevlig personal och erbjöds både mat och dryck då restaurangen fortfarande var öppen. Rent och fräscht både i rummen och lobbyn. Vi åt inte frukost så kan inte uttala mig om den men kan tipsa om bageriet precis mitt emot om ni vill köpa med kaffe och något gott att starta dagens färd med i bilen 😊

Das Hotel wirkt seit Jahren immer abgenutzter. Die Teppichböden sind sehr fleckig und ungereinigt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist die Geräuschkulisse sehr hoch. Bei geschlossenem Fenster herrscht Ruhe. Sehr gute Nähe zur Autobahn. Reinigung des Hotels wäre sehr empfehlenswert! Trotzdem, ich werde die Unterkunft wieder buchen!👍👍👍

La température et le confort de la chambre étaient bons. La douche a un revêtement glissant un peu dangereux pour les personnes âgées. Mais la chose qui nous a un peu dégoûté, c’est la présence d’une pubaise dans la chambre. Heureusement nous avons pu nous en débarrasser.

Nous sommes des clients réguliers chez Mercure Valence Sud, et y faisons étape lors de nos allers-retours Strasbourg-Cannes. Nous en apprécions particulièrement la décoration très originale. Pourtant nous avons été déçus par l’accueil et la chambre manquant de lumière (une lampe manquante) qui nous a empêché de lire, et la douche dont l’évacuation était défaillante ce qui a créé certains "débordements" intempestifs. Nous nous en sommes adressés à l’accueil, mais visiblement ils semblaient être pris de court et incapables d'intervenir. Nous pensons que ce n’était pas le "bon jour" et nous reviendrons ne serait-ce qu’un raison du charme de l’endroit.
