Staff in the front desk is not very friendly but ok. Room was not very clean especially the bathroom floor was dirty. Bed and sheets are fine. Great location and simple breakfast. If you need a place to crash during short stay in Paris center is fine.

The stuffs are very helpful and friendly, they meet the requirements for what I want. Nice bakery and some restaurants are very close. But you may hear the sound from outside at night.
Would definitely love to stay at this hotel again if I go to Paris again.

抵達的第一晚房間的冷氣機即故障 請櫃檯人員協助修理事宜 後續竟無音訊 且無法換房 整體感覺不佳但服務人員態度不錯 只是無法有解決冷氣問題!!住了三晚皆無冷氣!!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Leider war unser Zimmer in einem deutlich renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand: Im Bad waren Fliesen locker, die Dusche stark verkalkt und insgesamt wirkte alles sehr abgenutzt. Uns wurde zwar für die zweite Nacht ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, da wir jedoch nur zwei Nächte dort waren und wir davon ausgingen, dass sich der Zustand kaum unterscheiden würde, haben wir das Angebot nicht angenommen.

Chegamos para fazer ó chekin o recepcionista muito nervoso, atrapalhado, mais estava muito preocupado em cobrar a taxa de preservação para depois nos atender chegamos no quarto estava todo desarrumado e sujo, ele trocou por um arrumado mais estava com um cheiro horrível de cigarro, reclamei e nos outros dias melhorou um pouco, o café da manhã contado,

Quarto extremamente pequeno, local do chuveiro MUITO pequeno, uma pessoa grande não consegue tomar um banho confortável dentro do box. Carpete do quarto estava com cara de sujo. Mas a cama era confortável e o café da manhã era bom.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le service de bagagerie qui nous a permis de nous promener légers.
Le seul bémol était sur la propreté de la baignoire. Il y avait en effet des traces de bactéries dans les angles, les joints et autour du volant de fermeture du clapet de la bonde

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in het hotel.
Perfecte locatie.
Super aardig personeel.
Goed ontbijt.
Prima kamer, alleen erg warm op de kamer en vies tapijt.
Maar goede bedden!!
We komen graag nog een keer terug.
