Great little hotel in convenient location. I loved that my room included a little kitchenette, I kept simple breakfast things in the fridge and was able to make tea and coffee and have proper plates and utensils for my snacks while working in my room in the evenings. Staff cheerful and ready to help. I would stay here again!

Terrible soundproofing between rooms. Had girls in an adjacent room yelling, laughing and talking from 0230-0630 in the morning. Tried to call the desk, but no number could be found. Phone had nothing on it. No plug for the bath tub. Can’t really use it without a plug, people! Rug was dirty and had not been vacuumed prior to our stay. Desk personnel less than friendly, unlike our other stays in Lyon, Annecy and Geneva on this trip.

The staff were excellent and that was why I rated the stay as good. Without good staff, the property was rather ordinary, at best, with a so-so breakfast. Location was very good for us, lots of very good restaurants around and felt safe.
