Thank you, Pullman Tour Eiffel who can make my last day vacation really perfect! As a hospitality person, your hotel was very comfortable with nice view. Merci to all Pullman staff who handle us start from we arriving till we check out, and a very special thanks to Madam Orlene & Madam Juliette who upgarde our room in the eiffel view in our balcony and also give a little surprise for us! The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀
We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception.
We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！
