The hotel is not inexpensive, but the overall environment was fairly comfortable and well maintained. However, it was a bit disappointing that the room temperature could not be adjusted, which affected our comfort during the stay.
That said, I would especially like to commend William, who assisted us during check-in. He was extremely polite, friendly, and engaging. Later in the evening, when we were unsure about dinner options, I deliberately went back to the front desk to seek his help, and he was more than happy to assist us again.
It is these small but thoughtful gestures that leave a lasting impression on guests. Staff members like William truly add value to the hotel experience and deserve recognition, pay rises, and promotion.
The staff is super helpful and nice. They helped us to set up an extra bed without requesting as we are taking a toddler with us.
The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀
We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception.
We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here!
