Wie immer alles super! Allerdings diesmal mit einer Ausnahme: Die Freundlichkeit des Personals beim Check-in an der Rezeption war leider etwas enttäuschend. Bisher haben wir uns im Ibis immer willkommen gefühlt, aber diesmal war es leider zum ersten Mal nicht so – sehr schade. :-( Mir tut es auch leid, das schreiben zu müssen, aber so möchte man in einem Hotel nicht empfangen werden.

We arrived in Berlin ahead of the check in time and the wonderful young man at the desk Mr. Omar facilitated us and checked us in. Ibis truly have wonderful staff, the Berlin staff were very friendly and directed us to all the wonderful things to explore in Berlin. On to Ibis Prague ❤️🎄

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, it was a very lovely stay, and the location was nice as well, the only downside is that there are not many dining options available nearby, the staff was not rude at all, but would’ve loved a bit more warmness from them.

Fint og rent. Vi bodde på rom 732. Utsikt mot byen. Dårlig a/c. Det ble veldig varmt på rommet. Frokosten var ok. Fin beliggenhet med trikkestopp like nedenfor hotellet. Ca 10 min å gå fra Alexanderplatz.

A clean room which was cleaned daily. It had everything I needed (except for a kettle, but for the price I really can't complain). Its in a great location, a tram stop right outside, a U Bahn station 10 mins walk away and a bus stop not far either. I would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!

Værelset var utrolig småt, men da vi bare skulle overnatte der 2 nætter gik det fint. Komforten (madrassen) var ikke god, og topmadrassen var i en plastpose, så vi var ikke så imponeret over komforten. Service og rengøring var dog helt i top.

Das Zimmer war ordentlich und wie beschrieben, das Bad hätte sauberer sein können. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Frühstücksbuffet war für jeden etwas dabei, eventuell könnte jedoch das vegane Angebot ausgebaut werden.
