Everything is perfect for this hotel Service is great, room is clean, and all staffs are very nice! They always can explain all details to me clearly. The location is SUPER! it near the big shopping center, bus shop and main Subway station too. Many good restaurants are just nearby. The environment is clean and safe too.

The hotel is well worth its price, which is actually quite cheap. The hotel was clean and the staff are very friendly. I was greeted with welcome drink when I enter the hotel room. The design of the room is also elegant, great for taking photos. The area is near the city centre and accessible to all kinds of public transport. Overall, a really good hotel!

Ett helt ok hotell för ett bra pris. Ligger nära t-banan (vi tog tåget från flygplatsen och hamna precis utanför hotellet). Bra frukost - fanns råjuicemaskin så man kunde göra sin egen juice.

Mercure promotes its commitment to sustainability, yet the room heating told a different story. When I arrived, the temperature was set to a sweltering 24°C, and it couldn’t be lowered beyond 19°C. Over my three‑night stay, I slept terribly, even with my unit switched off completely, the surrounding rooms kept the whole place uncomfortably warm. On the positive side, the reception team were excellent. They couldn’t have been more helpful, and both early check‑in and a very late check‑out were arranged without any fuss. The breakfast staff were also lovely and welcoming.
