市中心很近很方便，停車要注意入口，停車場動線不是很好要注意

除了沒有冷氣以外，其他都很讚。

早餐豐盛，地點方便

We had a nice stay at the hotel. Location is great. It’s right next to the train station and Flix Bus stop. Breakfast is very good. However, one elevator (total 2) wasn’t working for 2 days out of the 3 days during our stay. Guests had to walk up and down stairs. I did inform the front desk staff that our room phone is not working on the very first day we checked in but they didn’t really care and never bother to fix it. It will be nice if some front desk staff could be more patient and friendly to Asian guests .

酒店位置十分好，位於火車站附近，前往火車站只要五分鐘的路程。主要的旅遊景點亦在附近。周圍亦有很多吃東西的地方，方便大家。最重要的一點，就是附近有一間自助洗衣店，方便長時間旅遊的人士。

L’hôtel est très bien situé et les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles. Bon petit déjeuner, en revanche le reste du menu laisse un peu à désirer.. le personnel est efficace et très courtois à l’exception de certains a l’accueil qui peuvent être cassants. En fait, ils sont « impersonnels » : j’ai signalé la perte du doudou de ma fille dans la chambre, et demandé à ce qu’ils revérifient s’il n’était pas simplement coincé sous le lit, et je n’ai jamais eu de retour ! Je trouve que ce n’est pas très respectueux. C’est dommage venant d’un hôtel de ce standing. La piscine est joliment décorée

Had a great stay, clean rooms, staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Very close to the station. Definitely recommend.

Gute Lage, um die Freiburg zu erkunden. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut. Hotel schaut an der Rezeption, Frühstücksraum, Bar sehr modern aus. Die Zimmer bräuchten mal eine Auffrischung. Bett war bequem und somit war der Aufenthalt für zwei Übernachtungen für uns okay. Parken im Parkhaus mit 28€ je Nacht etwas teuer, aber mittlerweile bei Städtetrips muss dies eingeplant werden.

Personal hilfsbereit und sauberes zimmer

Had a poor and a highly unsatisfactory experience overall at the hotel. Check in was slow, the front desk was uninformed about even basics such as parking location and prices, and wasted a lot of time checking me in. Hotel elevators and lobby and rooms are all extremely dated, and smell of cigarettes and seem like they were all built in 1960s. No electric outlets easily accessible in the rooms, and the bathrooms are not renovated. Phone and desk also looks dingy, small and somewhat smelly. Television was tiny, and had programming a remote from the turn of the century. Hotel room rates were not very competitive, so definitely expected much better experience overall than what was offered. Even service was overall quite poor. I requested towel and conditioner in my room, and they said they can’t send any conditioner as it is only available to suites and executive rooms. How low class is Accor or Novotel (or Germany) that conditioner is somehow a “premium amenity”. Cheap dingy smelly hotel, with poor service… I would look for a better experience at the Marriott down the street.

Die Zimmer und Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Teppiche sind schmutzig, und Kosmetikprodukte fehlen. Die Steckdosen befinden sich auf der anderen Seite des Zimmers, und es gibt keine Verlängerungskabel. Das Personal war zudem unfreundlich. Auf die Nachfrage nach einem Verlängerungskabel wurde geantwortet, dass keines vorhanden sei und man keine Diskussion darüber führen wolle. Auch der Service im Restaurant wirkte unprofessionell. Das Housekeeping klopfte sogar,obwohl das „Bitte nicht stören“-Schild an der Tür hing. Insgesamt entspricht der Service nicht den Erwartungen, kein 4 Sterne .Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen

Ich habe im Nov. 2025 drei Zimmer für total 8 Pers. online reserviert. Am 4. Dez. war ich bereits in diesem Hotel (s. frühere Bewertung) und habe die Zimmer bestätigt und neu ein viertes Zimmer reserviert, für Mai 2026. Kurz vor dem vorgesehenen Datum konnte ich den Check-in via ALL online durchführen. Statt 4 waren nur 3 Zimmer aufgeführt, zwei davon mit falschen Angaben. Ich musste telefonisch absichern, ob die Reservation trotzdem klappt. Novotel hat freundlich alles bestätigt. Der Fehler liegt beim ALL-System. Angekommen, musste ich den Check-in nochmals durchführen. Das dauerte mindestens 20 Minuten, obwohl alles vorbereitet war und ich alles in einmal bezahlen wollte! Ferner habe ich für 2 Autos Parking reserviert. Insgesamt 5 Personen haben nicht gewusst, wie man die Tickets verwenden kann, falls man während des Aufenthalts ein- und ausfahren will. Trotz mehrfacher Diskussionen und Abgabe von diversen Tickets konnte ich am letzten Tag die Garage nicht verlassen, ohne nochmals den Wagen zu parkieren und zur Rezeption zur gehen. Ansonsten war alles OK (= Note 4 Sterne von 5)

Bon emplacement, parking pratique mais très cher, chambre confortable. Le personnel était très professionnel pour certains mais pas du tout pour d’autres.
