I discovered that bathing products didn't be renewed, one-third of conditioner is being used and left with some white dried conditioner. Disgusting dirt was unclened around the garbage bin in washroom. Floor near bathroom got moudly. I couldn't expect these happened in a 5 star hotel. Hotel do need to be reconditioned, obsolete impression. Other than that, view of acropolis was great, staff were nice, breakfast buffet tasted average

The hotel was situated in a great area which made walking to the sites and shopping easy. The hotel staff was somewhat friendly. The rooms were so small. Our room was missing the iron and ironing board. The view from our room was very bad. Would not stay here again

Great Hotel

Loved this hotel! The staff was top notch and I loved my Acropolis view room. There are tons of things to do in the neighborhood and many food options. Truly a magical night in Athens and I couldn’t have been happier.

The location of the hotel is excellent. You can walk to all of the sights. It’s not on a busy street so it was very quiet. The staff was professional and very friendly. The breakfast was good. I would stay at this hotel again.

Location was absolutely excellent. I am gluten-free and there are some 100% gluten-free dedicated restaurants within 100 yards of the hotel. Very easy walk to the Acropolis area. All of our tour guides when they picked us up at the hotel said where we were in a great location.

Breakfast was very good as well as all the staff. Location is also walkable to every where including train station.

A great breakfast was included with a wide variety of options - the best buffet I've had at a hotel! The service was great.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Opening the door for you when entering the hotel, offered to make up “to go breakfast” as we had to catch an early ferry and would miss continental breakfast hours! Would highly recommend!

True five star service from the reception staff

We enjoyed are stay at Coco Mat and would highly recommend it. It is in a great location with dining, shopping and attractions within walking distance. The new Athens Museum is just down the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and it was a good buffet with lols of options, as well as having items which could be ordered. Although it is close to the action, it is still quiet at night.

I really loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a more upmarket option in central Athens. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and I found the giant bed hard to leave in the morning! Only niggle with the room was that the fridge wasn’t particularly cold, but not the end of the world. The breakfast was also amazing and the staff were really friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk most places. The staff is friendy and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful as there is a menu for special orders included in the buffet. The room was very clean but a little funky. There was a bar that could hold about 5 hangers but no actual closet and no drawers. So, for a short stay, it's fine to live out of your suitcase, but I wouldn't want to do it for more than 2 days. The only problem was that the beautiful huge marble stall shower is very slippery. I told the desk attendants that some kind of non slip mat is needed.
