Stayed at this hotel about 4 times and absolutely love it! Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. An amazing buffet breakfast every morning and if you miss it there’s a great bakery right across the street!The rooms are spotless with quality bedding and bathroom supplies. Great location, with underground parking right next to the hotel. Highly recommend, and I will be back again this summer!

虽然是老酒店，但是设施都还不错。
早餐还算丰盛，但也都是常规配置。有提供酸奶和蜂蜜。
楼顶的餐厅晚上风景很美。
酒店对面有家甜品店，再往前走一点，有家餐厅，味道也还可以。
唯一一点不顺利就是，我们订了同等价格和房型的3间房，但是入住后，发现其中一间非常小。衣柜只有2个格子，其中一个格子还被冰箱和水壶占用了，实际能使用的衣柜只有一个。洗手间也很狭窄，像一个甬道。而另外2个房间虽然布局不同，但是能使用的设施和空间会更多。
一开始，前台坚持3间房是同等房型。经过一番交涉，并且在查看了房型以后，酒店才终于同意更换掉那间比较小的房间。

Hotellet er datert og mye mer slitt enn det som fremkommer av bildene. I tillegg har hotellet en usentral beliggenhet. Veldig irriterende at de opplyser om takbasseng, men hadde sesongstengt, selv om det var sen april med skyfri himmel, sol og 23 varmegrader. Vil ikke bo her igjen eller anbefale til noen, da det finnes langt bedre alternativer i Athen i samme prisklasse.

We would stay here again. The room was a little small, but that’s only because we only slept there. Showering was a bit tricky because water got everywhere and made the rest of the bathroom slippery.

Hotel is great!
Location is not central, but close to bus (2min)and metro ( 10min) stations. Only few stops from center.
Room is spacious, very clean carpet, bathroom, furniture is nice and not old.
Breakfast area is huge, so even with being packed, is not bad, no lines.
Very nice variety for breakfast.
Would be nice to have water in the lobby.
Would recommend this hotel!

Good: this place has everything to be 5 star experience. Breakfast is spectacular. Best pillows and sheets. Clean and up-to-date interior. Young staff that tries their best, but who seem to be mostly in training.
Bad: promissed pool and outdoor balcony are closed for renovation. In spite of reservation saying “city view” they put us on the 2nd floor with zero view and construction going on. When requested to change they said maybe they can upgrade for 50 euro, but they don’t know what floor and when, so we ended up staying where we were. We arrived early jet legged and were promised a room by noon. Had to wait for 2 hours and had till 2.40pm instead. Stick to regular 3pm checking and don’t trust their promises.

I am very disappointed.
I booked “Reserve now, pay later”, but the hotel still took a pre-authorisation before the free cancellation period ended. I clearly said payment would be made on site, but my private card was still used.
At check-in, staff initially refused to take payment on site, and I was later told I would need to wait 15 working days for the refund, which was never mentioned before.
This does not match the service that was advertised.
