Great staff that allowed me late checkout for my flight. Food is good. Enjoy awesome breakfast.

There was green space around, small eating places nearby, very easy access to shopping. Staff was very attentive, rooms were kept clean. But breakfast was disappointing. Same menu every day, not enough fresh fruits, and bakery items were not inviting. Room for improvement in that area.

We had an amazing stay here. The breakfast in particular had such an amazing selection and I would like to thank the chef who always made an effort to speak to the guests during breakfast and make us feel welcomed, even made us a special cake for us for our last day at the hotel. The quality of the food was 10/10 and we particularly like that you could order omelette or dosa how you wanted and they would make it for you. The kindness showed by all the staff really stood out to me and I would definitely recommend staying here. The hotel was very clean & well maintained.

Decent Property, food in dinner and bf was elw average. Thin spread, average taste.

Cleanliness of rooms isn’t a 4 star at best 2.5. Staff are helpful, breakfast is good. Location - 2 hours into central Delhi. For price much better hotels.

Service and food was excellent. The staff were tremendous and went out of their way to make sure the young children had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Everything at exceptional level. Booked this site so that I was close to hospital as needed for my father. Everyone on the staff has been very supportive -Saiyam was constantly in touch to ensure we received necessary support. A big thanks to her - Dining staff was equally curtious. Needed some specific dietary restriction related foods and both Rohit and Jasitra went above and beyond to help. Even Saiyam, Prateek, Rohit, Jasitra came to our table on day of check out to ensure everything went smoothly. very much appreciated the finer touch to the service. - housekeeping staff shivander and Ajay were also very helpful and quick in helping with things as needed. Hopefully I return for non medical reasons in this area. If I do. Will definitely be staying here again. 5 start rating all around

Room, meals, location , staff

I stayed here for 5 nights. It was def not leisure but I needed a good place to sleep as mom was getting treated at Artemis. The hotel staff was kind to me and my dad(as we took morning evening turns) - the buffet was a bit of highlight of our day. I peeked through the yard and heard good things about rooftop lounge. Service had small issues but I think it’s normal - it was generally very prompt. Housecleaning was very efficient. I am a world traveler and my own bar was very high. They came very close to meeting that. I hope I don’t stay again for similar reason but would recommend to anyone looking for sanity or a nicer place.

Room very comfortable. Restaurant manager, Arun Shukla and sous chef Prateek Bhati were very attentive during our breakfast. Food good. Service in hotel great. Would definitely stay again

Awesome property to stay

Things I like: The people / staff were fantastic. The breakfast spread was decent. Things I didn’t like: The hotel needs updating. European pricing for pretty basic Indian food. £6.5 for a cup of tea? Really? Not really value for money. I’m ok to pay higher prices but I need a corresponding experience which I didn’t get.
