Excellent staff who are very courteous. The hotel itself is lovely, good showers and beds. The restaurant manager was true gentleman who kindly offered us his services.

Good property for stay

Staff were really friendly. Room was a little dated but clean. Kettle, tv, bottled water. Breakfast was really nice, omelette was spot on! Pool area on the roof was very basic but fine for relaxing. Don't go if you're scared of pigeons!

Super dejlig hotel, maden er fantastisk, personalet er super flinke og hjælpsom. Lokation er fin, 50 meter fra hotel, finder du mere en 50 forskellige spisesteder. Hotellets Gym ku være bedre, de har ikk nok udstyr til dem der løfter vægte Swimmingpool er på toppen og super lækker

The staff is very good , a 5 star service from all the staff from reception, chef, waiters to room services. The breakfast is one of the best among all luxury hotels I have ever found. Every item in the buffet and live kitchen tasted so good and also the lot of variety to eat from. Location is also great, just downstairs there is food street. Only con I found was the pool seem to be small and not so clean.

部屋は綺麗に清掃されていて快適だった。デリー空港からタクシーで45分程度でアクセス良好。朝食は洋食とインド料理と両方楽しめる。徒歩3分圏内に小さなショッピングモールがあり、レストランやバーで食事もできる。今回は出張で利用したが、また次回も利用したい。

They are not looking after customers more about how can charge extra

Good place for short trip

Unique was the laundry service! De rooftop pool area was not clean at all and the beds by the pool were broken .

The hotel was good and everyone was good except one front desk staff 'Saksham'. He was very rude and was arguing with me. I asked him to book 2 taxis for me for airport drop as it was a free airport drop. He asked me to pay INR6,600, I told him that it should free of charge. He told me to show the printout where it shows free airport drop. I said I can show the email but he insisted me to show the print out. Then I asked my nephew to book 2 cabs for next day morning, which was costing only INR 1,800 only. I still can't understand why they were charging INR 6,600. Anyway them my daughter booked 2 taxis FREE of COST and we cancelled what we already had booked. As I was standing near the front desk I told this guy that we have booked it free of charge and via your hotel's app. He was not at all apologetic instead when I asked him what's your name he brought his chest near to my eyes and said my name is 'Shaksham', as if he was challenging me. I can't understand that why these sort of people be in public dealing. After this incident when I went upstairs in my room number 235 the phone line was disconnected and we had to go downstairs 2-3 times for the service we needed. This guy ruined my evening that day.

Great hotel. Staff is really friendly and go out of their way to help. House keeping is very meticulous and the rooms are well kept and cozy.

Facilities are decent - services are in disarray. Staff is simply not professional enough to stay on top of things, make quick decisions to delight customers, ensure prompt follow up, not screw up orders.
