Good location. Clean room.

Convenient location - walking distance for Gateway of India and CST Terminus. Extremely helpful and passionate staff such as Peter to help out - offered tour options which are extremely comprehensive. Classy and comfy room - got upgraded to Club Premier room in a newly renovated tower, relaxing ambiance with wooden and marble designs, had good shower and sleep on the queen-sized bed!

除了房間較小以外，各方面都很不錯。服務很好，早餐好吃，環境乾淨舒適，靠近各旅遊點走路都可以到，附近也很熱鬧，非常推薦。

房間有點骯髒, 應要改善. 員工十分友善, 樂於幫助住客

フロントやレストランのスタッフがみんな温かく、とても親切でした。シャワーのお湯も十分に使えるし、タオルもどんどん持ってきてくれる。朝食はおいしいし、夕方のドリンクサービスもうれしい。チェックアウト後に荷物を取りに行った際まで、チャイとビスケットでもてなしていただき、疲れきった身にしみわたるありがたさでした。ルームサービスで、チキンティッカとビリヤニを頼みましたが、非常に早く到着し、完璧に美味しかったです。地下鉄３号線の駅に非常に近く、Uberも呼びやすく、どこに行くのも便利。ムンバイ再訪の際はまたぜひ泊まりたいです。

Hugely impressed with this hotel in what feels the beating heart of Mumbai. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and the staff attentive. The breakfast is plentiful and freshly made - piping hot dosas anyone? We’ll definitely be back and have already recommended the hotel a number of times. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Incredibly attentive service, most 5 star hotels would struggle to compete. Very clean and comfortable in the heart of the city. Very good value for many and a strong recommendation from me. If i went to Mumbai again inspiriert come back here no doubt.

Hotel muito bem localizado, no centro histórico e servido pela linha de metro. Quartos pequenos mas cómodos e staff muito simpático e prestável.

Great location. Right across the street from Hutatma chowk metro station. Rooms are in great condition. Looks like its been recently renovated. Staff is very polite and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and well appointed. The bathroom door is sturdy and takes some effort to open. May be a bit difficult for elderly. Water wasn't hot, but given the climate that was not an issue. AC was effective and all controls worked. Restaurant on premisis although I didn't eat there. Many famous joints around with a wide variety of cuisines.The hotel offers a small single room at very reasonable prices which is perfect for single travellers.

We stayed there four night and it was amazing customer service in friendly atmosphere. It’s very convenient to get around for shopping and restaurants.

Room was very clean and in good condition . Unfortunately it was impossible to open the curtains as we faced a brick wall two feet away, so no natural light. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, with complimentary tea and coffee whenever you wanted.Easy 20 minutes walk to the gate of India, and museums.
