The Leela Mumbai

My flight arrived very late, it was almost midnight when I arrived at the hotel. the front desk staff is very friendly. Checked me in very quickly. The room was incredibly clean and classy. The bed has a sun-kissed feel and is very warm and comfortable. This is definitely the most comfortable and cleanest hotel and room I have ever stayed in in India.

Excellent hotel and excellent staff. Mr. Ravi Vaze, Mr. Marshall, Mr. Siddhesh from Citrus Restaurant, Mr. Sandeep from concierge have a knack to make each guest feel so special! Mr. Nambiar makes exquisite South Indian dishes which are so delicious and special! Mr.Jadhav helped keep the room super clean and welcoming! Because of all people mentioned, customers like me keep coming back so many times!

We stayed at The Leela Mumbai from 26-29 May with Royal Club access and had an excellent experience.On arrival, we were warmly welcomed and escorted to the Club Lounge, where Gerald handled our check in. As this was our first visit to India since 2020, his friendly, professional and attentive approach immediately put us at ease. He also helped us with our request for interconnecting rooms, showing us the available options and allowing us to choose without any pressure. The outstanding hospitality extended throughout the hotel. Every staff member we encountered -from the porters and reception team to the restaurant staff, housekeeping colleagues, room attendants and cleaning staff-was warm, professional and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. Their attention to detail and proactive service made us feel truly valued. The Club Lounge team looked after us exceptionally well. Service was consistently attentive, and the selection of snacks and canapés was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented.Our only minor disappointment was that seasonal fruits such as mangoes, lychees and mangosteens were available only as chargeable items. Given that these fruits were in season and are so popular in India, we had hoped they might be offered complimentary in the lounge or available in guest rooms upon request. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the exceptional hospitality shown by Gerald and the entire team. Look forward to returning soon.

On time and courteous airport pick up and drop off. Excellent service by Rohan at front desk and ravi in restaurant and raju in concierge. Couldn’t ask for more. Mayur remembered me in the gym From previous years.

There were some visible skid marks in my room that I did not expect from a hotel brand of such renown. Otherwise, the experience was good.

What can I say, this was my 3rd stay at The Leela Mumbai, rooms were clean with plenty of space to move around. Staff were fabulous from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Food at this hotel was amazing and plenty of choice for everyone. A big thank you to all the staff from the check in to the door men and a special shout out to the restaurant manager and staff. Definitely will be using this hotel again and is one of my favourite places to stay.

Had a mishap and informed the hotel hours before checking but they refused to cooperate and refund the money The did not even offered a partial refund. Had my booking company called also and they refused. Horrible customer service they are only interested in the finance aspect not the humane feelings. We were 3 ladies 63, 74, 75 Traveling together Stay away from this inhumane hotel.

Absolutely nothing negative to say. The hotel is modern but it's still very inspiring and relaxing. The best place to relax after a hectic day in Mumbai. Staff is amazing. Kartik at the bar is great, amazing drinks.
