It was amazing to stay here for vacation.

Resort yang bagus, view dan pool keren, staf yang ramah, kamar-nya luas, makanan-nya juga enak.

Pas baru nyampe, mikirnya ya ampun hotelnya jauh dari mana-mana. Tapi kebayar semua dengan view, service, fasilitas dan makanannya. Pijatnya enak, makanan enak, semua permintaan difasilitasi dengan baik. Gak ada diskriminasi tamu indo dan luar di sini. Gak jauh dari hotel, ada banyak pilihan makanan dengan view pagi dan sore yang bagus serta harga lebih murah. Kalo menelusuri jalannya sampai ujung akan tembus ke Bukit Campuhan. Makasih Kastara Resort! Pengen lebih lama tinggal di sini deh!

Kastara adalah resort yang menyenangkan. Tempatnya nyaman. Pemandangan yang sangat indah. Sangat cocok untuk yang ingin berbulan madu.

I like the room. But their service was very bad and very disappointing. They treat local guests impolitely like we don't have money. And the TV in the room also with no signal.

Menyenangkan sekali. Akan kembali ke sini lagi.

Kamar luas dengan view yang luar biasa indah, sarapan enak walau ala carte, kamar bersih, lokasi tenang walau dipinggir jalan, enak jalan pagi sampai pura gunung lebah, recommended.

Location so perfect, the view also great. Their services and food are the best.

They know how to do hospitality but not about professionalism. Overall such the room, pool, facilities are great but please I don't want to give bad reviews but unfortunately, I need to do this. My fiance and I booked 4D3N, but in bad luck, my fiance missed his flight. I called the agent and the hotel to make a cancellation but they said couldn't. Then okay I paid once checked in for 4D3N in "cash by debit card". And suddenly the next day the hotel said to me only give me 3D2N for the room, I was shocked and they give me such a reason that needed me to understand their situation even tho it was not okay, and they promise to give me a 1-day refund. The refund I asked when I check out, and they said will transfer, I asked again for cash and they insisted to transfer by bank account asap. Then I was okay and moved to another hotel. And until this time no refund transfer going to my account, I called the hotel and they said can't do today because it's sunday. What, after I moving to another hotel and everything they said?

Had the best days staying here, the room has a bathtub in the balcony with a magnificent view. All the staffs were very friendly. The pool, the view, the room all of it were amazing. Definitely will come back!

Not recommended for local visitor/family karena pihak management akan mengenakan biaya tambahan untuk anak usia 13 +, hanya cocok untuk pasangan aja karena didukung juga dengan lay out bathroom yang semi open. Selebihnya standart aja.

Hotel bagus tidak terlalu mahal tapi service bagus, ada fasilitas sewa motor, usahan untuk check in jangan terlalu malam, karena jalanan menuju hotel gelap. Kamar bersih bagus, terawat sekali.

Bagus hotelnya, interior nya bagus, pelayannya ramah, dapet welcome drink. Next time bakal kembali lagi kesini.
