The staff was great. I was waiting in the lobby for my room to be ready since we arrived quite earlier than 3 pm and as soon as a room was ready the man working the reception desk came and gave me my room key letting me know my room was ready.

The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, making check-in and the overall stay smooth and enjoyable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were great, and the atmosphere felt both safe and inviting. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a clean, comfortable place to stay.

Staying at the Hilton Rome Airport was so convenient for traveling to Rome City Center by train and for flying home the next day, all within walking distance. Staff was very accommodating with checking in early and holding our luggage until our room was ready. Would highly recommend this hotel!

位於機場附近，走路6分鐘左右可抵達，但必須事先知道由機場二樓往停車場的專門通道，順著「Hotel」的標示才能到達，否則用GPS再怎麼走也是兜圈子，建議Hotels. com在位置說明上加註清楚。我們就是費了九牛二虎之力才找到它的所在。旅館很大但服務及客房內設備普通，不似在美加地區Hilton的水平，價格也不親民，除了方便上機場外，無其他可推薦的。

It was largely short of stuff considering that many guests in the hotel at the night we stayed. We tried to have a quick dinner but were sold in the hotel restaurant that it was too busy and would take 1-1.5 hours to get food. We were suggested to take room order and delivery. When we called on the phone, we were told that the hotel kitchen was too busy and a message was left to call us back later. They never called! We went to bed without eating any dinner since we had an early flight the next morning. Not a four stars hotel for customer services.

The problem we had with this Hilton was when we walked into the room the first thing we saw was the toilet seat was hanging half off because the medal part of one of the seat bolts was broken. The problem is that means houskeeping left it that way and did not make sure it was fixed. Unless, ofcourse, there was an earthquack and it made it happen but there was nothing on the news. Also there were smears of excrement on the floor next to the bed. It was a handicap room so it might be why but if mopped and inspected correctly it should have been caught. It could have been on a wheelchair wheel or something. But was nasty to have to clean up.
