前台接待有禮貌，早餐環境和食物也很棒！飯店房間和大廳非常漂亮！從火車站到飯店很方便！

Nice experience, great front desk service. The hotel room is quite old actually, the air conditioner is not very good… but location is great, close to central station of St Lucia.

住的套房房間，近一百五十年的建筑，小朋友说装修很诡异有点害怕。每天早上七時開始旁邊的教堂就響鐘聲，小朋友直接闹醒了。房间WIFI信号很弱，网速很慢。早餐比较丰富但是品质一般，甜食过多，咸的食物只有火腿。离火车站很近，但是下次我肯定还是住一站以外的岛外的新酒店了，因为火车太方便了。

The hotel location is good, staff are friendly, the hotel is so old but clean, breakfast is excellent.

Close to the Santa Lucia train station and the Piazzale Roma transit center, it was very convenient for our one night stay before flying home after a long European trip. It was easy to miss because the little street it’s on seemed little more than a narrow alley, but the hotel had a wonderful buffet breakfast and beautiful lounge/bar area. Only drawback was the lack of elevator, either because it wasn’t working or they didn’t have one (I was unclear on which), but the desk clerk carried our heavy bags up the long flight of stairs to the second floor, which we really appreciated since we got in late and were very tired. Older room was a bit small, but very nice and well equipped with a desk and small refrigerator, closet, and usb ports.

Friendly warm greeting on arrival. All staff friendly during stay. Lovely hotel, good breakfast.

The room was very nice, we had a bath that was great after a cold day sightseeing. Staff are fantastic.

Location, location, location! Very convenient if you arrive by train. The room was not great, but fine. Staff, especially Mirko, super helpful. Breakfast could improve, especially coffee and cappuccino both below Italian standards.

All of the staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly. Great location for exploring Venice. Rooms were simple but had everything we needed for a short stay. The breakfast was fabulous !

Ich war vom Hotel Abbazia absolut begeistert. Nur ein paar Schritte vom Hauptbahnhof in Venedig in einer ruhigen Seitengasse gelegen befindet sich das hervorragende Hotel Abbazia mit gemütlichen Zimmern und einem immer freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Service. Das reichliche Frühstücksbuffet läßt keine Wünsche offen.

I would stay here again definitely!!!! Walking distance to everything.

When I came in already wasn’t clean like cookies crumbs were on the floors and all dusty lints were everywhere. When I asked for clean room then their staff didn’t clean also just made a bed without changing bed sheet at all and also I asked a towels, they threw them a couple of towels which were looks like used one in the bathroom. I was only looking for 4stars hotels so it came up so I believe it is 4stars however they covered one star on the sign so it was only 3starts but they charged one night was $290 so it’s not worth it at all. There is looks like in the middle of construction so all of electronics wires came out of the wall and about bathroom omg, it’s leaking water out of the shower booth and the shower top doesn’t working as well. The Overall is not worth it at all as this price and the photos are literally scammed at present pictures at all. I’m only surprised there is no bugs even though that much mess up hotel environments. They need to be better if they want to keeping a business for travelers.

We loved this hotel - fabulous old building and our superior quadruple room was the old library which was quite amazing, with 7m high ceilings. Delicious breakfast, great location, friendly staff and good value.
