スタッフがフレンドリーで、丁寧で、気持ちよく泊まらせて頂きました！
ガラス張りのエレベーターは古さは感じますが、レトロなおしゃれでテンションが上がりました！
お部屋はとても広く、2人で十分過ぎるほどで、快適でした。
ベランダが付いていて、すぐ前の道が見渡せて気持ちが良かったです。
バスルームの窓からベスヴィオ山が見えて、とてもキレイな景色です。
ただ賑やかな通りに面しているので、夜にもクラクションが鳴り響きます。騒音は多少気になりましたが、疲れている身体では眠ることに支障はありませんでした。
バスルームもとても広く、シャワーの水量も申し分ないです。
全体的に古いですが、お値段の割に快適で、とても満足でした！
道を挟んで斜め向かいには、なんでも揃う大きいスーパーがあり、水や夕飯を買うにはとても便利でした。
駅にも近いですし、総合的に素晴らしい滞在が出来ました！ありがとうございました。

駅から近いのが一番の利点です。他は部屋が寒い、シーツと薄いカバーのみで、カバーの無い汚れたブランケットがワードローブにありました。
ヒーターはありますが、暖かくなりません。3人部屋でしたがタオルは二人分で人数分ありませんでした。

The hotel was well situated, only 100m from the main train station. Very easy to find on the main road only 30m after McDonalds. The hotel is dated, but was very clean during my stay. The room was large, with a high ceiling and was very adequate for a one night stay. If you need to stay nearby the train station, this hotel is perfect.

The hotel is old and the rooms need refurbishement.
However, the main problem is the temperature inside.
If sleeping at 18 C in winter is what you want, choose Hotel Eden.
If not, go your way.
Completely unhelpful staff. One receptionist just lied about fixiing the issue.
The other, much more honest told me that for the price I paid (47 euros/ night in december), I should be happy to sleep in an unheated room. Really?
According to him, there is no difference between heating and climatisation. Well, not iny world
Othewise beautiful reception and elevator.

La stanza è ORRIBILE, sporca senza condizionatore funzionante, emanava solo aria fredda, una televisione piccola che non funzionava, letti vecchi e scomodi, in bagno c’erano i chiodi al muro. Assolutamente da evitare. Non capisco come si possa vendere una struttura in quelle condizioni.

The deadly sewer smell would be enough to disqualify them or have them shut down in an honest city. But, let us add the tv, safe and refrigerator didnt work. I gave them all day to attend to any. They did not. I left after night one. The room had no heat either and the noise was ever present and ear splitting. You wont sleep. I asked to change rooms 4x. They had many. They would not unless i paid 20e extra for a room that was vacant. I stayed here the year before. They did not remember or respect. It was ok then. I was going to book here again before this treatment. Not now. They are great business people. Not.

First of all, no amenities whatsoever. Mini fridge didn’t work. Heat didn’t work. Was never able to turn on heat rack in bathroom. Apparently Italians like their drinks and typically cold products that tend to be refrigerated warm and their living quarters cold. Staff very unfriendly and was warned at check in that this hotel was for sleeping only. In the ghetto section near the train station which was the only convenience since there was a McDonalds there. Go some place else if you want a hotel that is more than for sleeping.
