Great hotel. Excellent breakfast with bacon, eggs, waffle machine. Auto espresso drink machine. Location is great. Walked to Roma termini, coliseum, trevi fountain and pantheon. Cold water dispenser in the lobby. Safe location with lots of great shops and restaurants. Would stay there again without a doubt.

The location of the hotel is a double edged sword. It is within an easy walk to many major sites, but it is also next door to the Italian parliament building. That means that car access for taxis can be problematic with anti-terror barriers combined with crowds and very narrow ancient streets.

This was an older but classy well kept hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Nice little bar and breakfast was included for us. We only stayed a night, but would certainly return if we find ourselves in Rome.

We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Perfectly located in the middle of the area we wanted to visit. The bedding was very nice. Staff were very professional and provided a map with some instructions for getting around. The breakfast included was over the top. Sites were easily accessible. This is an older-style hotel (which we always look for), so keep that in mind. Lots of brass and older fixtures. Highly recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a Hyatt-type modern hotel, this is not for you.

Great room. Great location. Full breakfast included. Front desk arranged for a private car to take us to FCO airport the next day
One demerit: mini-fridge was not restocked before our arrival, so I had to make sure the front desk didn't charge us for all of the "missing" items when they turned over the room after we checked out..
