Great location. Nice staff. High floor with view. Taxi fixed rate to airport - need to confirm with driver they all wait outside and ask for more but I refused. No garage need to park nearby - also check several garage on the price - varies. Quite like the hotel in general

Sehr guter Service und Sauberkeit, tolle Aussicht und Ausstattung, zentrale Lage.
Der Zustand einzelner Details des Zimmers war teilweise etwas „abgenutzt“. Für den deutschen Geschmack etwas zu wenig Vollkorn-Auswahl beim Frühstück.
Ansonsten klare Empfehlung, ich komme gerne wieder!

The rooms are clean, and the building looks modern and nice. However, the rooms seem simple, and the walls have a few scratches (I guess from luggage or carts). The street where the hotel is looks a bit dirty and sketchy, but it is well located, so I think it compensates.
On our first night at the hotel, we had an incident with room service and some customer service. We raised the complaint, and the Assistant General Manager was very understanding and made it up to us.
