Die Lage war absolut super um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Herr beim Check in war arrogant. Keine Infos ( wlan,essen, parken, aus checken) und bei Nachfrage hat er einem das Gefühl gegeben , man wäre doof. Naja. Sonst war alles super! Sauber und modern . Um die Stadt anzugucken - perfekt!

You need to improve the size of elevators, both that you have are very small and these are used by everyone, guests, staff, cleaners, maintenance… so it takes too much time to go anywhere.

We had a great time in Florence and loved the hotel and its facilities. It was clean, modern and very friendly and helpful staff. Location was great and a short walk from the station and the city centre.
A roof top pool was a fantastic bonus apart from being very crowded at times.

J’ai adoré mon séjour. Le personnel est courtois et amical. La nourriture au resto et au café bar est excellente. La déco est funky et branchée et l’ambiance générale a l’hôtel est festive. J’ai profité de la piscine, de la musique dans le lobby en soirée. J’ai tout aimé et j’y retournerais volontiers!
