You need to improve the size of elevators, both that you have are very small and these are used by everyone, guests, staff, cleaners, maintenance… so it takes too much time to go anywhere.

We had a great time in Florence and loved the hotel and its facilities. It was clean, modern and very friendly and helpful staff. Location was great and a short walk from the station and the city centre.
A roof top pool was a fantastic bonus apart from being very crowded at times.

It was a 6 min walk to great food. It was about 15 min to the Duomo and a safe walk. It was just noisy at night from the traffic.

Wonderful hotel. So many options. It’s beautiful and the rooftop bar and pool has the best views of Florence. The room was comfortable and clean. The AC worked perfectly! The location is so close to downtown and the train station. It was a 10-15 minute walk to everything I needed. The food and drinks were great! The staff was very friendly and responsive.

I would say this property is average overall. It’s walkable and accessible. The building is beautiful on the outside but the rooms are a bit dated and the elevators are a bit slow. Lots of amenities for entertainment such as: small rooftop pool, foosball tables, ping pong, swings and ground level courtyard bar.

Great property! Very equipped inside with things to do and foods to eat. Laundry was available as well. Our room in particular had faulty lights which kept shutting off. We asked several times for help and they did fine to our room to see the problem, but the lights were never fixed and we were never offered a different room.

This hotel was perfect for me and my girlfriend to stay in. They are LGBTQ+ friendly. The room was very spacious and the beautiful tall windows gave us the most incredible view of Florence. Not to mention the AC was ice cold and the water in the shower got nice and hot. We were able to do our laundry on site which was a major plus! Our favorite part was the rooftop pool that we got to enjoy with great drinks from the bar while enjoying the 360 view of the city. Later in the evening there was live music downstairs on the terrace.We loved how out front there were lime scooters conveniently located for us to rent and navigate around the city. Each staff member was so friendly. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again

Wish the rooms were more clean. The curtains had stains, felt like they could have done a better job cleaning, and our fridge in the room did not work, even after they “fixed” it.
