Ein wirklich tolles Hotel! Die Lage ist perfekt nur 3 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und vieles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das sehr gute Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Ich komme gerne wieder! 😊

The room was awful, there is no AC and the window would not open. The show was not usable. I could not get the lights to work when dark/at night. I requested another room and was ignored. I asked that no staff come into the room; 2 x staff did. My credit card was taken from bag and used. MY expensive brown leather bag was ruined when staff moved it onto cleaning chemicals or soap-water, saturating a corner of the bag. I hated this stay. WORST in Rome. The staff is RUDE and made anti-America comments.

We loved our room and the staff. The staff was friendly and efficient. But there was an odor in our bathroom. It was not pleasing. It smelled like a sewage line. We were thinking of returning in March to your hotel, but now we are not sure.

Hatten ein Superior Zimmer, dass schon in Jahre gekommen ist. Bad alt, keine Dusche, nur Badewanne mit Duschkopf. Zimmer klein, aber sauber. Frühstück Buffet klein, aber gut sortiert und lecker! Personal überall sehr nett. Die Preise an der Bar jedoch viel zu hoch! Z. B. ein Peroni Bier 9 Euro!
