我在大阪難波馨樂庭酒店的入住體驗非常棒。飯店地理位置絕佳，位於難波中心地帶，購物、餐飲和大眾運輸非常方便。客房現代化寬敞，一塵不染，處處體現貼心的設計，讓人倍感賓至如歸。飯店員工熱情友善、專業周到，總是帶著微笑提供協助。飯店時尚的設計風格以及鬧中取靜的氛圍也讓我非常滿意。健身房、洗衣房和大廳休息室等設施維護良好，使用方便。入住體驗的各個層面都超出了我的預期。我一定會再次入住，並強烈推薦這家酒店給所有來大阪的遊客！

首先！房間真的十分整潔。到埗那天正落大雨，因此十分狼狽，到酒店check-in後，職員貼心地讓我提早上房休息，也告訴我6樓有一個pantry可以喝咖啡和茶。沒有帶雨傘也不用怕，因為酒店在大堂會借出雨傘及旅客用，職員的服務態度有禮友善👍
這間酒店是由百貨公司改裝而成，整體格局優雅寬敞，還有一個歷史室遊覽。

It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The staff were very thoughtful and kind. When I told them that this trip was to celebrate my husband’s birthday, they gave us a special gift 🎁 (thank you for the lovely cakes n cookies !).
Whenever we faced a problem, they patiently explained how to fix it. I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Japan.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Namba.
