객실은 깨끗함. 상주직원없음. 객실이 넓어서 좋았음(물론 일본임을 감안해서 평가時) 세탁기 있어서 좋았음. 수건은 투수키간중 세탁해서 사용해야했음. 건조해서 잘 마름. 온풍기 안틀면 춥고, 틀면 건조한게 단점. 그래도 만족스러운 숙소.

距離博多車站其實比較遠，大概也要10-15mins ，若扶老攜幼那就不太方便。入住過程跟足指示也非常清晰簡單。
不過民宿很有歷史痕跡，房間清潔很一般，床頭也有些灰麈。床單枕頭軟硬適中，綿被相對比較單薄。
洗手間洗手及洗澡時溫度儘管調校好也是時冷時熱很奇怪，而且民宿沒有洗手間內的溫度乾燥調節器，明顯比較簡陋。
有一點要注意的是預約前看到圖片明明是房間內有餐桌，入住後不知道是否屋主給沙發變成床後空間有限，所以移走了餐桌及餐椅？相對比較不方便。
入住的最後一天凌晨時分遇上隔壁也是民宿的大廈火災警報響起，步出露台看到七至八架消防車懲罰在我們的民宿留下，不知道是火警誤鳴還是真的起火，有點嚇怕。

地點好近運河城，泊車方便，露台景觀不錯，室內環境間格不錯，煮定設備用具齊全，有洗衣機及晒浪架。
建議改善空間

房間放置三張床後空間甚少，出露台也很困難。廚櫃設計有問題，我已碰到櫃角2次。浴室沒有掛衣服的掛鈎，甚為不方便，只是價錢比較便宜及鄰近運河城。

離旁邊hotel很近，很容易搞錯。因為是無人服務，check in 有問題的時候求助無門。差點露宿街頭。室內光害嚴重，廚房窗戶沒有任何遮陽，早上會被曬醒。影響睡眠品質。

I think this accommodation is very convenient. It's very convenient for older people as you can get to the station very quickly. However, the accommodation was too cramped for 4 people and there was no table to eat at. It's okay if two or three people come to live there, but it's a bit difficult to move around if there are many people.
I like its riverside scenery and comfortable accommodation decoration. There are also many restaurants and shopping spots near this building. So I think this place is worthy of the price. It's a pity that the floor in this room is not clean and there is still some dust. It would be better if the floor tidiness was improved. Also I think more trash bags should be provided. But please note that there are no clothes racks in the bathroom, which I think is not very user-friendly.

5人で泊まるには少し狭かったですが、連休中だし宿泊だけ少し料理する程度であれば
良かったです。
問い合わせしたい場合のTel連絡がつかないのが非常に不便で、受付につくまで不安でした。
