床不算好睡

整體住宿體驗很棒 房間內有溫泉池也夠大 兩個人同時泡也很足夠 另外還有按摩椅 泡完溫泉後按摩一下非常的棒 房間也很大 化妝間也非常的貼心 備有2種不同的化妝保養品可使用 飯店距離天橋立車站有一點點距離 但飯店備有接駁車接送可以多加利用 遺憾的地方有房間內的插座不夠多 另外溫泉池面向天橋立海 但因為房間在一樓加上溫泉池外的庭園有大樹 導致無法邊泡溫泉邊看海 實屬可惜

每一位職員都好細心，十分滿意的體驗！

溫泉很優, 服務親切, 車站接送方便

本來以為有晚餐早餐，去到原來沒有包，想加也沒有，失望；但住宿乾淨，有私人風呂。

服務親切，飯店整體很有日本風味！ 餐點也很不錯吃～

雖然地方設施不是很新，設施有點舊，但整體潔淨衛生不錯，房間不見毛髮和有異味，大浴場和私人風呂也不錯，尤其私人風呂感覺實是天然温泉水，而旅館地點較偏僻，比較適合自駕遊人士，唯價錢有點略嫌貴，因為我們四人同住一私人風呂房，平均每人房價$900多，而且沒包早餐的。

服務員的態度非常親切，經常笑容滿面，令人覺得賓至如歸。 食物方面，份量非常多，而且晚餐和早餐都很好吃。

飯店提供腳踏車出租，非常方便 房間內提供按摩椅很棒 但想在飯店加購早餐及晚餐，可惜不提供用餐

戶外私人風呂很大，可以兩個人平躺泡湯，房間也很大，晚餐非常豐盛，就算沒有預約也會有專人在車站服務。

非常难忘的旅行，刚好在谭美台风（24号）侵袭关西，当天住进北野屋，赶在JR停驶前的中午到达天桥立车站，行李放在车站 information center, 请旅馆直接取走，我跟太太 趁着风雨尚小，赶赴天龙观俯瞰天桥立，晚上风雨交加，吃着旅馆备好的精致料理，难忘的夜晚。隔天check out, 旅馆人员提醒伊根船可能停驶，短短一句提醒，对于在外的游子，倍感温馨。

This hotel was an amazing one night stay. We had a outside Onsen room. It was so relaxing for my husband and I to use. The bathroom shower was spa like. All the hair & face products I loved. The PJ'S to relax in has made me want to purchase a pair while in Japan. I would stay here again. We did not purchase the food package and I will tell you for dinner in Amanohashidate they had 3 dinner choices. One restaurant that we couldn't get into, Ramen that was yummy that we ahd for lunch and a pizza place that was a 20 min taxi ride each way. Pizza was not a cheap dinner once you had the taxi ride into it. That was my only compliment about this town was dinner options. Everything closed really early around 5pm.

Had a really wonderful trip to Miyazu, and my stay at Hotel Kitanoya was truly the highlight of the trip and one of the best decisions I made. As this was my first time staying in a ryokan and trying a kaiseki dinner, the experience exceeded all my expectations. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious for two people even with our large luggage. The private open-air onsen in the room was definitely the best part of the stay. It was incredibly relaxing and made the whole ryokan experience feel extra special. The kaiseki dinner was also beautifully prepared and delicious, making it a very memorable first experience. The entire ryokan had a peaceful, quiet, and calming atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. Service from the hotel staff was excellent. Everyone was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. As for the location, we were self-driving during our trip in Japan, so I cannot comment much on the convenience for those relying on public transport. However, if you are driving, getting around is very convenient. I would definitely recommend Hotel Kitanoya to anyone visiting Miyazu, especially for those looking to experience a traditional ryokan stay. Would love to return again in the future!

Clean rooms, staff was extremely helpful, friendly and went above to welcome visitors. Kept rooms supplied with amenities each day by just leaving a stocked amenities bag at our door while we were out exploring the town.
