Very beautiful and nicely decorated modern & stylish 5-star hotel.
Environmentally friendly packaging amenities were provided.
Superb service - got stuck due to weather and required an extra night, online reservation was no longer available from any online platform, though they are busy managing different clients encountering same issues, they manage to be professional and polite and find the solution to extend the night at normal price and even arrange same room for us.

One of our favorite hotel experience. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Multi lingual staff make things easier every step of the way.
The room and hotel bar are very well designed and comfortable.
Concierge recommended restaursnts and onsen are very well for family too.

很欣賞酒店的室內設計, 藝術角度非常有心思, 令人有放鬆和舒適的感覺.
酒店位置在Sapporo Factory對面, 環境寧靜, 在札幌站/大通站祇需要步行15-20分鐘的距離, 若果想坐巴士都可以從札幌站附近去到 Sapporo Factory下車.
酒店職員都非常殷切, 服務態度非常友好, Front desk Ms. Wang在我們入住前放下行李那天協助和解決了一些住宿上的小問題, 令我們能安心地前往支笏湖的溫泉假期.
房間在這段時間已經提供暖氣, 但是暫停冷氣供應, 幸好房間的大窗是可以少少打開讓新鮮空氣入到室內, 另外放了一個座地的凉風機在房間內, 舒緩了晚上室內很翳侷的問題.
感謝....希望不久將來可以再入住 M Gallery Collection Sapporo ^<>^
