Right next to the main train station. However, all of the sights we visited (Samurai village, Geisha District, etc.) were on the other side of train station and added 15 minutes walking in each direction.

If you're looking for a more luxury stay in Sapporo, highly recommend this property. All the staff speak good to excellent English and it's conveniently located across the street from Sapporo factory. Rooms are classy and very quiet. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic hotel, staff attentive and helpful can’t do enough for you. Breakfast buffet excellent quality food. Rooms stunning felt so luxurious and high end property would definitely look at returning when visiting Sapporo in the future

We stayed for 4 nights while visiting Sapporo. Location wise, the hotel is within 15min from Sapporo station, which in the snow it can be tricky with lugagge. Sapporo factory is right across the hotel, while Odori park is only 10min walk. The room is standard sized (with enough space for our two suitcases) with modern feel and great mattress. Staff was fantastic and helpful. Breakfast was western and Japanese buffet - great selection overall. Restaurant/bar was very good. We got great recommendations for japanese whiskey to try by the gentlemen in the bar. There are complementary drinks and snacks in the afternoon at the executive lounge. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Great hotel, excellent service, breakfast was very good. Location is right beside the Sapporo factory mall but a little far to walk to Sapporo train station in winter.

My husband and I stayed here for a total of 12 nights. Overall our stay was okay. The staff was friendly and welcoming however when we inquired about something, we were told they would get back to us ASAP, but we never heard back from them. We also stayed in two different rooms since we left for two nights to stay at an onsen hotel before returning (same room type) but one seems to be in way worse condition than the other (scratches and scuff marks everywhere, toilet was not auto flushing, and the shower head was malfunctioning). So I guess it’s luck of the draw. Honestly, I expected better from a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately I would not be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. There are probably better options closer to Sapporo station.
