I stayed in a connecting family room for four days and three nights, and overall, I was satisfied with the experience.
However, the self-service luggage lockers on the first floor were insufficient on the day of arrival. Some were even maliciously locked by other guests. By “maliciously,” I mean the lockers were locked without any luggage attached, making them unusable. The hotel staff should improve their inspections and unlock these improperly secured lockers.
The breakfast is highly recommended! I didn’t purchase it on Hotels.com, but after seeing it in person, I regretted not doing so and ended up paying extra on the spot to enjoy it!

Is located at the universal city walk right next to Gap Factory shop, very close to universal studio Japan, highly recommended for those who like to have close access to USJ. There are also few USJ stores surrounded, and lots of restaurants to choose.
