It's conveniently located near subway station and elegantly decorated. Concierge service is top notch and can help get difficult restaurant reservation in short notice. Room with balcony has an incredible view overlooking the park.

My mother and my first vist to Palace Hotel Tokyo, very impressice. Excellent location, the hotel links directly to Otemachi Station. Nice park view from our balcony too. The hotel allows us late check out at 1:30pm as well. Overall superb service. We will definitely be back again =)

Following policies apply to guests staying in Club Deluxe King, Grand Deluxe Twin Room, Deluxe Twin Room (Triple Use), Executive Suite, Garden Suite, and Chiyoda Suite: 1) Children 12 years old and younger are not permitted in Club Lounge after 5:30 PM. 2) Children ages 5 to 15 are only allowed to use the pool from 9 AM to 5 PM with adult supervision.

I was assigned room 921. As I walked in, I felt to pressured as it was a triangle corner room with very strange layout.
You shall watch out for any floor with room number ending with 21. It’s surely not a top pick for the price we paid. Go and ask for a square room.
