Great location. Very convenient with the hotel shuttle bus to train station. Great hot spring with stunning view of the lake. The staff is very nice and helpful.

我們一家人是在今年2025.08.25入住這家溫泉飯店，那天我們剛爬完富士山，全身都是汗，飯店也允許讓我們先使用溫泉，很感謝他們。我總共訂了2間2人房入住一晚，這間是我們在這趟日本旅程中感到最放鬆的一家旅館，他們沒有過多到讓人尷尬的禮貌，一切就是剛剛好，但是服務卻是都很精緻，尤其是在他們的餐點上展現很高的水準，每一樣小小的，但就是好像讓你感覺是剛剛好、非常美味，提供的飲料也不流於俗套，甚至在客房內提供的咖啡、茶也都非常好喝，尤其在泡湯時看到的景色真的好美，整家飯店的服務在你進門後看到那面湖景就放鬆下來了，也謝謝貴飯店提供我們一家人愉快的一晚，我們很期待下次去東京時依舊有機會再住到。

Spacious room with spectular lake view. Hotel offers 3 light meal daily inclusive in room rate. Staff are all very helful and friendly. Strongky recommend this to those who are looking for a chill and relax stay.

It’s our first time staying at this hotel. The staff are nice & service is good. The traditional Japanese dinner is delicious & breakfast is good too. Onsen is not big but fair enough with this price. We would love to stay here again.

A pleasant stay at this hotel! The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The traditional Japanese room with lake view was as good as expected. The room was spacious and clean. Both breakfast and dinner were served in set with various delicate dishes, giving us a sense of ritual. Both public and private baths were available. Pretty yukata was provided to ladies which have enhanced the overall experience of our stay. In terms of location, it’s located next to the sightseeing boat station and the panoramic ropeway. However, the slope connecting to the main road and the hotel is too steep. Overall, we had a great time here and it’s highly recommended!

酒店外有一段斜路要走，老實說有點辛苦，房間是有一種古樸的感覺，但酒店窗外有蜘蛛網😑，而窗外的景色是美的，晚餐是精緻的。
